Would give 0 stars if I could. I hope no one else ever receives the wrong item online and has to bring it into this store. The managers have 0 customer service skills and will say “they understand” with no managerial ability to actually solve a problem for their customer. Employees looked equally as miserable as I was, so at least I get to walk out and never walk back in.

Slowest cashiers of life. I watched a lady cash someone out, the customer had one shirt and it took her like 10minutes. The line was so long and they didn’t even have the mens section open.

Pretty big selection for men. Prices are reasonable. Staff in the location all seemed super helpful and nice ! Got a couple good finds !

Went to the store to do a online return, didn't know few items were final sale because I don't shop from H&M and it was my first time returning. The employee accused me of lying saying every customer who comes here says this. I explained her the situation, also spoke to the manager, they didn't return my items. They suggested I call customer service, which I did, I explained everything to the agent on the phone saying how it's first time ordering online from H&M and first time returning your items, and it didn't say final sale under those items when i went to checkout like some stores do and my money is wasted cause those items don't fit me. She was like there is donation place called ( I don't remember the name) you can donate it there in a rudly manner. I work in retail myself and I cannot imagine talking to my customers like this. Spoke to the manager, didn't understand my situation either. Worst customer service and teach your employees how to talk to customers! Will never be shopping here again...!

I went in Saturday looking for size 18 months girl clothes. It was a very confusing setup and such a mess. There were clothes all over the floor and I never saw one person to approach for assistance.

The customer service in this place sucks. Went during non-peak hours with an online order problem. The cashier explained to me that she couldn't help, then offered to have someone else try and explain and I said sure. The manager came and told me the same thing - so, thanks for nothing? As I left, both cashier and manager stared blankly at me. I heard the cashier apologized to the person BEHIND me for the wait as I walked away. LOL. Also, the reason I went there was because the product I ordered was damaged upon arrival. Poor quality in general and poor customer service. Yikes.

Very poor customer service my multiple staff.. made me feel really comfortable. Tried to ask advice on dresses and they couldn't even be bothered to help.Cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to give the balance on my gift card I used for my purchase to the customer behind me (less than 5 dollars).Do not recommend this h and m

Shaye was phenomenal she provided me with the best service I've had to date at H&M Oshawa. She was courteous and helpful. Kepp up the great job.

I've been to this location twice and don't live in the area. The store is small, appears dishuffled BUT, if you come across a young man named SAL he offers genuine customer service, style assistance and a willingness to help. The five stars are a reflection of him. For the store overall I would rate as a 3.5 overall.

This is a fine store and so far as selection for men there is a good selection, here.Tops, T's, lounge sets, undies, and do you have an occasion coming up?They have blazers and suits of good quality, as well..You could be a 'Sharp Dressed Man'.There's, also chinos, joggers, and cargo pants in all the staple colours.My compliments to Management, here.Thanks for a great sustomer experience.All it takes is one staff member to show a sincere interest in kindly assisting a customer and the sale is as good as made..All the best to you folks!!
