Normally I have intense anxiety at Dentists a result of years with a bad dentist. I recently moved to TBay and Scott Family dentistry saw me. I haven't been comfortable with a dentist until now. Great family feel, relaxed atmosphere and dentist that listen.

I would recommend Scott Family Dental to everyone. This place has truly amazing staff. I have never felt so comfortable with a dentist office in my life. They are very non judgmental and warm welcoming people. They are kind hearted and caring staff , they want you to feel comfortable and taken care of. Extremely professional. I had a wonderful first visit at Scott Family Dental. I first met with dental Technician Erica, who did preliminary exam, x-rays, and cleaning, followed by Dr Donna Scott who removed a damaged old filling and replaced it, assisted by a dental assistant . This was possible in one visit only because there was a severe snow storm and they had many cancellations. I felt very competent and confident skills at work. Very pleased. Thanks.

I would like to say the staff from the front desk to the actual dentist are friendly, welcoming even. I would describe this team as professional and willing to take the time to listen to their patients and treat them with respect and dignity / integrity at a time when one can feel vulnerable.

Dr Forgo, Sean & the rest of the amazing team at this office were amazing: they were welcoming, understanding, full of compassion & friendly. I have had a fear of dental work done & Dr Forgo & Sean made that fear go away & I felt comfortable in their care.

AMAZING work. Calmed my anxiety easily by being gentle, calm, and reassuring. Went with what was comfortable for me. No judgment, and light jokes were made. Amazing people, I rebooked immediately.

Amazing team of professionals at Scott Family Dental. The dentist, both hygienists and receptionists were the best! The team were super patient and kind with my 8 year old, and provided lots of info and education. Great experience!

Scott Family Dental was recommended by a friend. We are out of town (41/2 hr drive one way) and got an appointment for the next day. It was a bit short notice for us, so it was postponed for the following week.The staff is very friendly and so is Dr. Forgo. Explained everything and understandable for us. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion.I would recommend Scott Family Dental any time.
