I purchased a stove, and a washer and dryer and after having went to other appliance stores and decided that Strongman was the best offer I received. Not only do they give you the best price but they also make sure that you're taking care of and that in the end you're happy with your purchase. I'd recommend Strongman to everyone!

I’ve been depending on Strongman for years to provide the best deals on the latest and greatest appliances around. Don’t get snowed by CAS into high prices long wait times. Anything you can get there you will find at Strongman appliances for better prices and delivery with a smile.

Prices are reasonable but if you like something, test, pay and pick up right away. We bought brand new set and first their truck was out of order and delayed delivery, then they sent the open box or scratched set, I sent pictures but no response, we installed due to urgent need then it was not working, store did not cooperate and then manufacture sent technician to fix. Very bad service and they will change item, so, never leave, pay and pick up.[August 5, 2022]. Owner said it was open box, but she missed that she sold us new in box, not open box. Because open box was not in white only black at that time. Also it took 10 months to respond.

I completely agree with the other reviews that state that this company does not even deserve one star. Our landlord arranged to have our washing machine delivered, set up and our old one taken. The person showed up alone and was unable to get the washing machine out of his vehicle without help and didn't have the tools to complete the job. He left with our machines not stacked properly and the machine not hooked up. The landlord contacted the company who contacted us, they asked when I was available and I said anytime after four the woman said okay. My partner rushed home at four and when at six they still hadn't arrived I called the company the incredibly rude and unprofessional who answered told me that the person couldn't make it and that she was going to call to tell me (umm who calls someone at six to say a person isn't coming at four), she then got super mad and yelled that it wasn't her fault and then said she was calling the landlord and hung up on me. I immediately contacted the landlord, who said he'd paid for all those services and they'd stated they'd come and fix it today. While talking to the landlord the woman from strong man called me three times. When I finally called her back she demanded our landlords' number. Beyond unprofessional.Edit: the same woman called my landlord after I posted this and told him I hung up on her, so not only did she lie, she’s definitely proven my point about being extremely unprofessional.

The staff that i met personally were very helpful and helped me find the right washing machine for my apartment unit.I was also surprised that they offer financing for their products.I would highly recommend

I was experiencing a hell of a time locating a 48 high end Refrigerator for a great price for a property I was renovating right before christmas not only did they locate the fridge for an amazing price but I was able to purchase the 5 other appliances I needed at a fraction of the prices I was seeing in big box stores. Friendly staff and knowledge that will last me a lifetime for my future projects."

Bought a stove years ago. Great recommendation but it was pretty straight forward. THIS year I needed a front loading washing machine. MATT was amazing. Responsive at late hours, helped us figure out some of the issues for a smaller condo and boom. Good to go! Thanks for the amazing service!Like

This company do not deserve any star at all. Worst customer experience that I ever had in my live.A few days ago my husband and myself purchased an LG gas stove from this store, paid cash, as per owner request $1650+ $80 for the deliver. Stove was delivered, missed 2 pieces , that fell in the truck, mg husband had to drive back to the store, to pick it up. Stove got installed, too stove works properly, the electronic part , who know where we get the oven to work, nothing, completely death. My husband called the store, spoke with the owner, ever changed a few text messages with him , he was supposed to pass by the house to check on the stove, this was two days ago and nothing. Today my husband called the store again and the girl who works there told him, for us to go to the store and chose another stove, he said no, we want the stove to be fixed, send a technician. Absolutely nothing happened. So I called myself and told the girl that I wanted this situation to be resolved today, I want my money back and the stove to be picked up. She said she will talk to her manager and call me back, nothing. I called an hour later, spoke with Dante, I believe that is name, who promised that the stove will be picked up today still and that he would call me back with the time schedule. A few minutes after he called asking if the stove was disconnected and I informed him that the stove was disconnected and ready to be picked up, with my money back. He said that he would call me in 5 minutes to tell me the time. Never did and after 30 minutes I called again and he told me that the pick up will be between 6 and 7, however he didn’t sound very convinced, as he was just entertaining me.Of course nobody showed up to pick up the stove and give my money back. I just want this to be resolved, I want my money back and the stove out of my house. One year warranty!!!!! Not even a day, it seems that this company all they want is our money, if the appliance doesn’t work!!! Too bad they already have our money, we can scree ourselves. Really bad customer service. I won’t stop here I will continue to call and report them as scammers.Just for a better understanding and not create confusions, this review was posted on July 13 around 8.30- 8.45 PM. Frustration, the review was not done “after the pick up” was way before.The stove was only picked up, after 10 PM, same day July 13, yes the refund was done in full via e-transfer. That doesn’t mean that I’m happy with the service, because I’m not.

I have had the pleasure of working with Strong for the past 4 years ( buying and selling) . If i were writing this review 4 years ago i would have given him 1 star but this past year he has changed his business model and attitude towards customer service. I have learned alot from him , Gus & Mohammed.Mohammed , Strong and Gus genuinely care for customer service and is a pleasure to deal with them all.Looking forward to working with you
