Due to an urgent health issue, a friend recommended me to this clinic. After explaining my situation to the doctor over the phone, they promptly scheduled an examination for me. The doctor is fluent in both Chinese and English and showed great professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. They provided me with a lot of professional advice, which helped resolve my major problem. I highly recommend this ultrasound clinic.

When an urgent ultrasound was requisitioned and the wait was worrisome, my family and I sought out an alternate facility and found Vancouver Ultrasound. From first contact to the report, our experience was flawless. Every staff member was professional, experienced, warm and compassionate. The wait was negligible and the price very reasonable. I had a wonderful experience with this clinic. They were quick to respond to my appointment inquiry (within a couple hours of my initial request online) and worked around my schedule for a date/time that would work best for me - I was able to get an ultrasound done just a couple days later (even though I was offered a same day appointment as well). The staff at the clinic were incredibly friendly and professional, and the ultrasound itself was done with care. The lady doing my ultrasound took the time to make sure i was comfortable and answered any questions i had, and even showed me the images on the screen to satisfy my curiosity. As someone who gets nervous with medical visits, I truly felt completely comfortable and their kindness was really appreciated. They follow up very quickly too, as I was able to receive my results the next day. I've never had a more pleasant experience in a medical office than I did at this clinic - I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs the services they offer.

Excellent experience here. The manager called me as soon as they received my requisition, realizing it was kind of urgent, and was able to make an appointment for me the very same day. They even stayed late to accommodate me. Very understanding and kind, and clear communication all of the way.

My doctor referred me to Brooke radiology for an ultrasound of the neck. I called and was told they are booking into May. I then called Vanultrasound and the reception told me I could come the very same day. I had my appointment later in the afternoon, and let me just say, I have never had such a wonderful experience at any clinic. The reception was very polite and helpful. The ultrasound technician was more than patient, I had a bunch of question and she answered them all while being very nice. She knew that I was very anxious, so after the examination she took some time telling me about the characteristics of the lymph nodes and what they would be like if I had what I was afraid of. She everything looks very good and very reassuring which eased my mind a lot. They said the official radiologist report will come later afternoon the next day, but I received it in the morning. Overall, very professional and much more human centric than most public diagnostic clinics. Highly recommend.

The best place to do my transvaginal ultrasound. The receptionist was so kind, informative and responsive. He answered all my questions and email promptly. The place is clean and they are very ontime which I appreciate it so much. They let me took my images by phone and also made it one on DVD as my request. The technician Anny was very gentle and nice. I didn't feel any pain or cramp at all after the ultrasound. I highly recommend this place, it's worth every penny you've paid.
