They deserve 0 rating… The staff is trash, no respect for people, and I wasn’t even their client. Imagine that!

A pendant she sent out for engraving came bad looking poorly done. The lady was very understanding and she replaced the pendant for the exact same one plus redid the job perfectly without me even asking! I was truly impressed and pleased with the outcome.

Do not buy jewellery from this place me and my fiancé purchase wedding bands he spend his hard earned money for weeks to pay it off and once he went to pick it up they gave them to him with scratches and dirt from the sticker still on it. I went back to complain about it and they lady was very rude about it saying that it was the stickiness from the sticker and dismisses the scratches she even slammed my ring down on the glass and told me she would not refund me anything and then verbally insulted me worst service I’ve ever received from any jewelry very disrespectful imagine that it’s for our wedding and they sold us horrible jewelry do not shop here I’m telling you!!!

Really terrible experience, very very rude people be carful with your jewelry they will swap them with old jewelry take many pictures before giving it to them check your jewelry before leaving the store.

Repaired some jewelry we bought from there no questions asked.

Nice people but don't know what they're doing. My engagement ring diamonds keep falling out for 5-6 years. They should not make rings that keep falling apart. Shop elsewhere. Not worth the headache. Also husbands wedding band gives him a rash not convinced it's even gold ?! Ouuf!!

The worst store i have ever experienced. I brought my necklace to fix the lock because was broken and when they returned it to me it was a completely a different one but similar design. We made a very big deal and we had all the proof but They never accepted and bullied us . They know that ppl don’t have money to sue them so that’s how they go on with their stealing. Please do not go there they are scammers. Especially the lady that works there she is something .
