I have been living at McGill Ridge Apartments for two years while completing school and had positive experiences. The building and suites are quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The administrative staff, Charis and Dawn, are very professional, responsive, and approachable. The maintenance staff is also quick to respond and resolve any in-suite issues.I recommend this to any student or professional looking to rent a clean, quiet, and centrally located apartment in Kamloops.

Ridiculous rental tenancy rule like only one person have to rent one bedroom apartmentNot allowing a family of two to rent 1 bedroom apartment and forcing them to rent 1+Den or 2 bedroomWhich is ridiculous and I felt like they are creating artificial rental crisis in the city of Kamloops

Crooked and hostile management will squeeze every penny out of you they can, charge you through the nose for everything they think they can get away with, and even break the law to exploit their tenants. Especially if you're an international student, learn your rights. Because they are counting on you not knowing what is or isn't legal for them to do.

Lived there for about a year and wouldn’t recommend for anyone I know. The management of this building is so bad it’s even disrespectful with the tenants. I’ve read bad reviews before renting it but I chose to ignore. Big mistake. The manager does not know how to talk to people and is not someone you can count on. If you chose to rent an apartment there I hope you’re lucky enough to not need the manager’s help, because if you do so, you’ll be alone.

What a great place!!! Nothing but friendly staff, close to shopping and hiking trails. Not to mention right across from the university which is handy for most. I have been here almost 3 years now and would recommend McGill Ridge Apartments to anyone who likes the quiet and convenience of a safe place. Looking forward to another couple years!
