This location is managed so poorly. Tim Hortons needs to do a better Job training their managers. There is no circumstance in which a manager should literally huff and puff in a customers face especially when they made the mistake of overcharging the customer. All that was request was a refund on the overcharge but the manager at this location handled the situation so poorly.

This location wuz the worst. There wuz about 7 people working and I waited in line for over 30 minutes for a coffee and wrap. The best part there wuz ony two people infront of me. The young lady at the cash really hated her job that day. No smile or welcome. Just what do u want!!!

This location is not so busy. We ordered savoury pastry, the operator didn't warm it well but still ok job , service was quick.

This location is very good for take out. But sitting inside is not good. The smell of food is too much bothering which i really needed to have some fresh air.

I come here every Saturday morning with my kids and I have to admit that today was my last time ever coming to this location . They have younge staff and manager that don't understand business or anything about serving customersFurther reply to the business reply ...... updatedClearly the reply was added by the on duty manager David or someone that only cares about his side of the story . This was not about the extra cup , it was about the response and how it was dealt with . The manager lacks real business training in how to treat customers and how to reply as his response was clearly careless . Further more, he was chatting to to hos staff and commenting unrespectful comments that I had no interest in responding to a child behind a counterI am taking this further with head office as I will be going to Macdonald across the street that clearly invests into training their staff.I used to come to this location every Saturday morning and the cup issue at this exact location never been an issue for whoever responded to this review

The location is interesting. This one doesn't have a fireplace. The parking lot is long. They have a lot of people working there. The drive through is fast. The staff took care to carefully box up my chocolate croissant.

I like the ice Capps, steel tea, chocolate chip muffin, donuts, the timbits, the savory snacks, and the hot chocolate. But, the you keep denning my order 2x and your machine is not good.

I brought to the attention of the cashier that there were some flies inside the food display were they keep the baked foods, he told that to another person which I believe he was the supervisor but he didn't care about it, he just said 'yes' like they are there but I can't do anything abou it! I'll never go back to this location!
