Bank Street Dentistry

I went there for an year. I had pain in my teeth all the time and I keep complain and the doctor just gave me medicans but when I went to dentist emergency they recommend me for surgery right away because my fave was swollen. But the doctor keep saying everything is ok. I personally don't recommend anyone here because the doctor dont do the job properly. She fill up my one teeth I have pain so much in that teeth because she didn't do the root canal she just did it Temperley and now it's hurting and I am not covered any more so I can't afford to go back and do it. I don't recommed this place at all.

Amazing clinic and clinicians. Dr. Saba is really kind and caring. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and take care of your dentistry needs. Really thankful for the dental care I received!

Everyone on the team here is fabulous!Update 15/07/2022: there was a new secretary here today that I had never met before (not Jenny, not Kathy). She was extremely rude and unwilling to understand me; I was always able, in urgent situations, to set up a payment plan for my service either with Jenny or Kathy or the other young lady whose name now escapes me. But this new secretary treated me condescendingly and essentially refused to even consider my request or to ask Kathy about it before turning me down immediately. I have been coming here for 9 years and am always faithful with my payments. So this was very shocking. I may decide to choose a new dentist because this made me very uncomfortable today.Update: on my last visit the issue with this new secretary was addressed by the secretaries I have known from before; they were very understanding and wanted to ensure me that it won’t happen again. Thank you :)

My family's experience with Bank Street Dentistry has been great. Our appointments are always on time and the staff are very friendly. I have recommended Dr. Saba and her team to many of my friends and coworkers!Recently, my son lost a tooth playing hockey. My wife is very squeamish with teeth, so looks like I was on dentist duty! I called Dr. Saba and she took great care of him. She explained our different options and my son's comfort was always her first priority. Thank you Dr. Saba for turning our minor dental nightmare into a positive experience!

I recently switched to Bank Street Dentistry from my previous dentist and I love it! Dr. Saba is very nice and gentle, she actually makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience (something I can't say I've said before). Everyone that works there is very nice and friendly yet professional and the overall experience I have there is a positive one.

Bank Street Dentistry is amazing! They didn't hurt me at all! To be honest I'm actually afraid of going to the dentists, but Dr. Saba helped me calm down, comforted me and said that it was going to be okay. I'm definitely going back their for my next checkup!

Bank Street Dentistry is operated by women only. The staff is kind and understanding. The dentist is very gentle and respectful if you have concerns or fears. I had only positive experiences at Bank Street Dentistry.

Dr. Saba is by far the most professional and caring dentist I have ever been to. Whether it's been taking care of regular appointments or taking care of cavities or other emergencies, Dr. Saba makes going the dentist an actually enjoyable experience. I've switched between a few dentists in the past, and I can say without any hesitation that I won't be looking to switch ever again. Thank you Dr. Saba! Had a great experience today with Dr. Wiseman at Bank Street Dentistry. She's so friendly and caring. Best dentist that I've been to. Highly recommend!

I have been going to see Dr. Saba, took my husband and my parents there and recommended this place to many of our friends for the last seven years (since 2011) Dr. Saba has treated all of us for things of different complexity and magnitude, but the result is always the same - Awesome! Never thought I would say that about a dental experience :) And I absolutely believe that my review would help people find the best dentist in Ottawa.
