I’ve been Dr. Sichet patient since she opened her first practice in Ile Perrault. After so many years, I keep being a loyal patient for two key reasons: trust and care. I not only trust Dr. Sichet and her team’s competence and professionalism, but I’m also convinced she has my best interest at heart. I never had any reasons to question any of the treatment recommendations she or her team made. When it comes to genuine care for patients, one can experience it at every step: from appointment management to following up after major procedures and emergency calls. Few weeks ago, after I called for a minor emergency, Dr. Sichet called me back three times until she could reach me, to understand the issue and to find the best course of action.

Awful experience with this dentist. I went to her for a tooth sensitivity issue, she did not even try to save the tooth ( no thorough evaluation of the tooth itself, only x-ray) and immediately told me I needed a root canal, denying any other solution would solve the problem. I go to another dentist, she found a CRACK in my filling (done by sichet). As soon as I got my filling changed everything pretty much turned to normal. She is a money thirsty woman! Stay away !

I don’t like going to the dentist (I am sure like many of you) but the friendly and caring staff made my appointment as stress free as possible.
