Called them for a quote for commercial fencing. The person who took the call said that I will have to leave a voice mail and that somebody would get back to me. I left a very detailed message outlining what we needed. 4 days later, I still have not received a call. Definitely, not a professional setup. If this is how they treat a business enquiry, imagine what would happen once they have a deposit cheque from you.

We had a commercial chain link fence put up, they gave us a very fair price as the cost of materials for everything has gone insane of late. Unfortunately we had damage to the fence shortly after install (not their fault at all) and they came by same day to get it resolved. You cant tell the fence was cut! great repair. Thanks

Horrible Customer service! We have had them complete many projects for us in the past and they now refuse to answer a call to get something added to the fence. We have been asking since October. In connection to one of the other reviews, the receptionist is extremely unhelpful and we are pretty convinced she has not spoken to anyone within her company about our request. When we asked to speak to a manager, she refused to allow us to speak with anyone and said they were not in the office... for almost 2 weeks. Obviously this place is run by monkeys!

What an amazing company to do business with. Denny took the time to listen and came to my home to confirm everything.Sent his crew out . They removed the ship wreck of old wood fencing and installed my picture perfect chain link fence with privacy . Amazing installers ... Jesse you carry the company name proudly and that impressed me from the start ... your hard work was amazing. Brent ... your no problem response to all of my inquiries was unbelievable. Thank you all so much .

Was referred by my parents after their own installation. Bestway Fence Systems has excellent product and install in a timely fashion. Most reasonable price in the city.We did experience a delay in having the fence connector piece installed to our neighbours house but Denny, the owner, was quick to resolve our concerns and compensate where needed.I highly recommend this company to friends and family. And trust that the product will have extreme longevity with minimal wear and tear.Thanks to Zoe and Denny for all your efforts in making us very happy customers, it was very much appreciated.
