from the termination to the end of my visit for an Ultrasound everything was great! You have to pay private yes but it is quick according to make an appointment and they take time for you and explain everything very patient and polite.thanks to Dr. Gardiner and Diana!!!

poor services,never answered to emails or calls!!!I paid 1600$ for one injection,which was a great result but I did paid 600$ and 700$ to another clinics!Don't go there!Highly not recommended...I get frauds!

Excellent place. Highly recommended. Polite staff, prompt service, super clean place. Parking provided too. Best of all brand new equipment. I did MRI.

Initially I would like to give them a good review, but now I change my mind after contact them couple times. They would NEVER contact you if they have question about your requisition forms even though you mark as Urgent, they only have your requisition form sitting in their system and waiting for you to call them. We have an urgent request for my mom brain MRI, as my mom can not fully mobile, so she had difficulty switch from wheelchair to the MRI Scan table, so they asked us go to other clinic. And they are NOT ALLOWED family members to assist. Does is make any sense?If you have disabilities and have urgent request, please check other clinics. This is not the right one for you.

I pad over 650.00 for a ct scan. In order to have someone IE :?a Doctor look at or a private clinic, they tell me they have to send it to the doctors direct email.When I asked if I can send it , they said absolutely not. So now when I call them to send it to a private doctor , no one is there to answer the call. Their alternative is for me to email them to ask them to send it. Then and if they do they will let me know. I am trying to get a procedure done outside the province so my sense of urgency is far more important than this companies.I can get a cd but to mail it out would take days if not numerous days.The doctors that I am dealing with can’t believe that this is the process.Terrible service

Privatized healthcare. They charge 500$ for an ultrasound. Not worth it when I already pay msp premiums.

Used this clinic twice for MRI. Only reason I don't give it a 5 is the formating after you are done the mri. The still give you a CD that has to be burnt. Takes 10 minutes, then you have no way of putting it in any modern computer. For $900 I'm sure they can give you a $2 USB drive to put it on.I ended up finding an old computer I had. Booting it on there. Zipping the file and emailing it to myself. They had also said they could not email.......Anyways good experience, but 10-15 year old procedures on formating of files and how they deliver them to you. Quite the hassle .

Can't say enough positive things about my experience. Quick appointment and short turn-around for results, not to mention friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend!
