NO star. lazy delivery person not even buzz or knock the door, just put the delivery notice on the door, twice within 2 weeks, caught on my security camera. went to the pick up location on the notice, and a sleepy person told me the package is delivered to another pick up location. I will not buy anything online from store partner with purolator.

I cannot give low enough review. Attempted delivery notices when no one attempted to buzz even though my name is on the intercom list AND I left a large note with it on in case the driver was too lazy to look! Twice they say they attempted, then it’s to be picked up and then they say they are going to deliver and then another notice saying pick it up. No help through customer service just more run around. According to their website the package has been in the city where I live since before CHRISTMAS

They have no idea about delayed packages or their warehouse so that we can go pickup after losing our patience. It was a big mistake ordering 3 important shipments in a row . Not only are all 3 delayed, but they have failed miserably to update it( even though I subscribed to their notifications as mentioned on their website). They even use the excuse of snow which was 2 weeks ago causing the delay. I too work in the same field and little did they know that the excuse was lame . Many customers are ready to go pick up their packages wherever their their houses are but there is no info on it. If the shipments are heavy, that doesn't mean you can delay it using that as an excuse. All your customers want is the information of the packages at least when they subscribe to notifications. It arrived in my city and there has been no updates for the past 3 days and now it just says it has been further delayed . Please don't make us subscribe for your nonsensical notifications or mails which are another way of torture. Ordering a few times were more than enough stress. Would not recommend your service if you cannot give updates about the package. Even when I visited the store there was a lady infront of me who had her package missing for more than 2 weeks and still couldn't get the update. The staffs were patient and tried their best to help but even they were not able to give proper answer to them.

Same review as everyone else. Delivery driver doesn't even attempt to do the delivery. Just drops off a missed notice and sends you to the wrong address to pick it up. No customer service available whatsoever.

The worst experience I've ever seen. The delivery guy shows up April 18 and leaves the attempted delivery notice. The slip gives me a pickup location. The next day I drive to the location and no parcel. I try again the following day with the same result. 4 days later I call Puralator. The service rep says they will drop it off that day if I'm at home. I stayed home and nobody showed up. Then it turns out they sent the package to the depot 45 minutes from my house. Avoid at all costs. Total waste of time and money.

I didn't have anything especially complex to do. Just drop off a package for RMA. Staff were super friendly, and I was in and out in under a minute with a receipt. Could not have had a better experience.

Delivery driver attempted delivery" even though signature was released meaning it could be left at the door. No door tag left. This item is a Christmas gift that has been in their possession 10 days now and was only coming from the mainland to Vancouver island.Called in a couple times and waited 30 minutes+ on hold. Requested to hold the item for pick up. Was told next day would be available for pickup. Never got a notification so called in again. Rude customer service agent said it might be ready tomorrow

DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE! They are impossible to communicate with, office staff can't help you out if you need to add a buzzer # to the package because you forgot when you placed your order from the company using them. They send you to a 1800# that only uses AI that's so dumb they can't figure out what you're saying. Even though my phone # was on the package they just left the parcel at the entrance of my apt. building. It could have easily been stolen. I see why they have a 2.1 star rating.

Just the worst in organization non user friendly on line system and confused telephone customer service. Just try order a pick up takes hours between talk Rep and on line block and after read review glad never actually got to point they picked up parcel apparently grrr

First, I would like to say that the representative on duty was very attentive and concerned. I received notification that the delivery driver was sorry he missed me. The notification specified I could pick up the parcel at Purolator after 10 am the next day. I didn't get to the Purolator location until 5:30 pm the next day. There was no package. Normally, this would not be an issue, but it was rush hour in the pouring rain. The drive took me about 50km out of my way. I had to go back on Monday. May I suggest that the notifications left by the drivers have a 2 day window before picking up your parcel. One more thing, there was not another delivery attempt.
