The lady(Olivia) sitting at the baby desk is not at all helpful, I asked for help to register.. she said go online and do it.I asked for help on what must be done if she could explain she sent me to the cashier at the front… like we could do really better as a customer service, she doesn’t wanna leave her desk. She is dam rude… store was not busy and her attitude is like that imagine how she would behave on a busy day…

Experience during my store tripClean- 5 stars. Didn't find mess of toys. Shelves were packed with toys.Customer Service: helped by Rubina- she is very kind and most important patient with customers. I had to do price match she didn't take longer as such she knows toysrus products by heart. She has eye to details and knows exactly what to see when doing price match. Amazing experience at cash counter because of her.Store was organized so it was like in and out for me.Kudos to store manager!!!

Great customer service.I was looking for Peppa Pig Adventure playtime to bedtime playset. It was not available on shelf.Ezilda helped me to to bring this from warehouse.Thank you, Ezilda and team for excellent customer service.

I had to buy a gift for a friend and had no clue what to get and a helpful young lady Tianna offered me so much suggestions and made my experience a pleasant one. Baby stuff has really changed since I had my first kid so I was very thankful for her help.

We bought a play set from this toys r us. My kid absolutely loved it. The only reason i gave this a 4 star is that the assembly took more than 4 days (2 people)

Well organized store , efficient and professional staff. I really appreciate the service provided to me by the staff. There were some issues with my kid’s bike which store director Casey resolved in a no time.when it comes to toys my kids always want to go to toys r us because of the variety of the toys it has and I like to go their because it matches the price and we can get great deals in toys r us. Go to some other location if you need answers. The staff here dosent know anything. We asked for some info about the strollers and the staff just read the price tag with some features on it that we could see as well. Asked abt some additional features and they have no idea. We waited for 15 mins after calling the manager for help and left without talking to anybody. Poor customer service.
