Great quality trailers. They were clean, well maintained and comfortable. The only downside was timing, nothing was available on the day we needed one the most. Make sure to inquire well in advance.

If you want professional and down to Earth these are the guys for you. I have been dealing with them for years and I am never disappointed in the service and quality of what they provide. The staff here are always attentive and courteous.

They've been around for a long time

James is very unprofessional. Very disappointed in his lack of customer care. We booked an office trailer with him directly and after sending what he requested only missing drop off location which was explained, he then tried to blame us, the customer that we didn’t confirm we wanted it. We only stressed this multiple times to him and how much we needed one for 3-4 months; maybe more and attaining this new client was critical for us in getting an office trailer for the job site. Needless to say WE WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY, NOR REFER ANYONE TO THEM! Even after us taking partial blame, which again not our fault. Not even a courtesy call or email asking us for more info and or ask further questions if he needed this, to not avail.He needed more information, but that did not happen, and clearly was not done by him. I receive an email telling me he feels we got off the wrong foot and decided to drop us on a dime knowingly office trailers are scarce at this time, and stressing this is a new client with future potential work/revenue he still felt we needed to go our separate ways! I pleaded with him one last time, not even a response. I was very taken back by his email. Again, unprofessional, arrogant (because he knew he had the upper hand), and after screwing up one time even before this last time, it’s no wonder why their ratings are getting lower. Thank goodness for another xo pant GOING OUT OF THEIR WAY to help us and possibly saving us from losing a high potential client for future work! There are very few people that will go out of their way to help and then God blesses you with someone he sends to do the total opposite so we are grateful to this. I truly do not like putting up bad reviews, but after his carelessness we could have lost this job and future work with this new client, but again Thank God another company stepped up and actually went above and beyond to help us, literally days before commencing.
