Original Review accidentally went on wrong location to post review oopsYesterday rental still not completed funds wise truck was dropped off early, fueled and clean from 9am PU all done should of been $70 ish ttl not $125 deposit and then Uhaul themselves show $100 taken who took the $25 from deposit? Then $16 for fuel we refueled took photos too!Uhaul is saying the outfit did not complete transactionPlace for PU knows nothing but I know we did our part and they holding my daughters fees hostage.. I was too pay half as I was part of this..angry client hereLeah Olson

The staff was great however I used their trucks to move twenty hours away and after two days of driving what happened we opened our truck to find our things soaked a car trailer was rented there two with was brought to hope and dropped because it was unsafe I have been fighting with uhaul for a month now they tell me even with insurance we can do 100$ next time me my family my friends who have been customers forever will move with Clearwater or a moving company as I will get no refund after a month

On our arrival to the UHaul, and after calling to confirm a pick up time, they gave our rental truck we had reserved to another customer and had no other trucks to give us. Had to reserve again another truck with another location. Unhelpful and unprofessional. This should never happen.

The customer service at this location was fantastic; I wish I could remember her name! She was very friendly and helpful. Even though the system wasn’t the most organized, she did everything pretty quickly and efficiently-and with a smile. A decent selection of boxes and supplies here too-I think this is now the only place in Mission with Uhaul boxes, which are the best. Thank you!

No one was at the agreed-upon location and there was no signage indicating that on weekends you have to go to a completely different place to get your trailer. Then when I finally figured that out and got some service, only one light on the entire trailer was operational and I had to go through the whole rigmarole again. I realize that it isn't specific to this one U-Haul dealership but wow. Quite the shout out to substandard service
