I've only dealt with the Parts Department here. They always are able to look up what I'm after or supply me with diagrams if I need. Prices are average, some items seem expensive for what they are and some have great value. Case's parts program on computer appears to be lacking some of the speed and ease of use compared to John Deere or Caterpillar, sometimes takes a lengthy amount of time to get even a few filters, of which I'm sure Leo's has no control over.

Parts guy was great and helpfulEven offered to have a 5 gallon pail of hydraulic oil carried out for me. Apologized for taking 5 minutes to make a new hydraulic for me. Would definitely go back

The Salesman that I bought my chisel plow from is no longer with the company. I should have looked closer and asked more questions. If I sense that a company is telling the truth and asking a fair price, I do not offer a lower price. I pay the price and expect service. Well this chisel plow was and is nothing but trouble. I asked the salesman what it would be worth on a trade and he said we wouldn't be able to take it on trade. So I know now why the previous guy was so glad to make the sale. It is the brand that they sell so that is obviously not the reason - they just know/knew that it was worn out and a model with a bad design.

My husband had a quote on the phone for $1100 all in for a new Husqvarna snowblower. When we arrived to pick it up it was far more an extra $200. Plus in the office when drawing up the paperwork sales man (owner's nephew) stated I'll give it to you at cost which he said was ~$975.00 but yet charged us $1152.00?? Plus no gas in the whole shop to start it and properly demonstrate the machine. It wasn't like they didn't know we were coming. Not impressed at all!!

Parts girl is polite and helpful,one of the Parts fellow sitting to her right is not very friendly and does not go out of his way to try and help you. Maybe if i would be purchasing a 5000.00 dollar part he would of been more helpful. Sorry but you might have missed on a big sale. Rocky Mountain is looking dam good. There gain your lost.

I didn't buy anything from them but they treated my father-in-law like a brother after he had a blowout on his boat trailer and they let him park it there overnight till he could get a spare tire.
