Overpriced and lineup to cash out went from one side of the store to the other. Though all cashes were going, everything went at a snail's pace. A customer ahead of me had a taxation exemption card and it took 3 members of staff to figure out how to apply it and held up the line for 10 minutes. There was noone assisting the self checkout and multiple times throughout my shopping trip was there customers waiting to be assisted with no help in sight. The staff were not rude and many seemed as though they just lacked proper training, but others seemed to have no sense of urgency. I hope this was a one-off situation but my first impression was not good.

This pharmacy purposely keeps the phone off the hook so you can't get through. No one should have to wait. 40 mins trying to get through for someone to finally answer the phone. Worst place ever to deal with. Call them in . Yes there ready... Do 30 mins of shopping before hand. Then go to get them and they tell me another 45 mins !!!!!!

It's okay. Prices are high. Just like everything else. Wish they had more variety in the Joe Fresh section like costume jewelry. Some staff are great. Some not so much. But that's my opinion.

The LGBT+ friendly flags and stickers were a very warm welcome. The bakery wasn't too overcrowded design-wise, allowing for less maneuvering and time saving. Not all independent locations have that clean of a layout. My favourite item is the Pizza Swirls, please do not change a thing about them! :DThe clothing isle is rather extensive, with the location being in the middle, you can easily pick up a cute T-shirt whether you're coming or going! Store location is excellent as well, being connected to the main road while still being close enough to many neighbourhoods.

Good store, has most everything you'd need. Beer, cider, and wine available anytime the store is open. Good produce, especially fruit. The staff are friendly and helpful, usually enough cashiers to keep the lines down and there are self-check outs (not for alcohol though, you have to line up for that). It's a PC-affiliated store so the prices are a little higher than they should be, but Galen Weston probably needs a new island or something...

Great store. A great variety, some great clothing. Hot meal to take out. 5 stars because all the checkout lines were long. Not quite enough open for a smoother flow. But the cashier I had was super friendly and efficient, even with the customer before me that could not find her card in her wallet or purse, till some guy came to her rescue and the cashier re entered her purchase total, he paid and they were on their way.
