I was initially impressed with their online booking and their quick response time but since installation, I am very disappointed. They installed the sprinkler system for my backyard May 19th and I am still waiting for them to come back to fix several issues. They told me they would come fix the issues 6 days after install but they didn't show up and have now stopped responding to my messages and calls. The outdoor plumbing has been leaking since install, the valve box was installed crooked and dug down into the ground which is problematic for drainage reasons, and the sprinklers are not set properly. Unless they come fix the issues, I will not be using them in the future and will not be recommending their work.

We had underground sprinklers installed in our front yard. They came on May 20, a day when we were leaving for the weekend and installed the sprinklers. I received an invoice on the holiday Monday, May 24. I paid the invoice on June 2, after receiving no fewer than 3 phone calls to pay the invoice plus daily email reminders. It was explained to me after the fact, during the first phone call on May 27, that the invoices are due upon the invoice date. Well i got home on May 24, left town for work the next day and hadn't even had a chance to see if the sprinklers worked or not yet. I explained this to them on the phone and asked for a few days to get home and check them out, but received more phone calls before that could even happen. I have since received two more phone calls, with what I would consider a rude attitude. I was left to figure out how to program the sprinklers work for myself as I obviously wasn't home when they finished. Overall the installation appears to be reasonable, but the harassment to pay the invoice inside of 1 week has left me with a sour taste and will no longer be using this company to do the installation in my backyard.

Very prompt and professional service. Great communication, attention to detail. Reliable, friendly and invested in providing customers with a final product they are happy with. The price seemed very reasonable and fair as well.

Always was told will be there the next Thursday/Friday. Never showed up.
