I had a problem with my atm card and the Tecumseh branch manager stayed 40 min.after closing to help fix my card problem. Have been with this CU since1968 and would never change financial institutions.

In the last several years my experience has been extremely positive, especially with our Financial advisor Peter Mastromattei. Always looking out for my family's best interest and financial stability.

This is a great credit union. They go above and beyond for me. Karen is the most amazing employee and is an all around wonderful person. Her kindness definitely won’t go unnoticed. Thank you Karen.

Credit unions are the way to go for your banking needs. Honestly you cannot beat the customer service, I know that unlike the big banks you can't reach someone 24/7 but the actual care factor is what sets these institutions apart. If you are a half ways decent planner that isn't going to have a money issue twice a week at 12 am these guys will save you in fees and pay you back in customer service.

Right in the balmy heart of Tecumseh (as the chief would have wanted it to be) MCCCU is the ideal place to feel like you're part of something local but is not the right branch to discuss your favourite engine type of the 1986 era.

Peter Mastromattei, is so hard to get in contact with... I don't recommend I been asking for estimate for my payment for the whole year and he is no where to be found. I have called him and email him and never calls back or email back.Doesn't let me reply to your comment but im not on record because it's for my mother who is not able to speak English.. I have also contact myself and nothing seems to be resolved.She has also emailed with no response..

I was struggling with my banking app and called Motor City for support. I spoke with Peter Mastromattei and he provided excellent direction and customer service. Thankful that Motor City hires such great employees who care about their work and are dedicated to their clients.
