The operators from the answering service were terrible. I came home around 8pm on a Friday and found out that my smoke alarm kept beeping every few seconds, and changing the batteries didn't help. I immediately called the fire pro company, because their technician came in the same morning for a quick inspection. The operators disregarded my concerns and kept asking irrelevant questions. We had to make 4 phone calls to finally get the operator to let the technician talk to us! The 1st operator only wanted to speak to building and strata manager, but I am just strata member. The other operators refused to help unless we give them the property manager company, even after we explained that we own the townhouse and do not have any property manager company.The 3rd operator told us to call back during business hours (= bare with the beeping noise for the whole weekend). When the 4th operator said that they don't deal with individual unit, we told them, but your technician just came this morning to do an inspection."

Fire-Pro recently conducted their annual fire sprinkler inspection at our property, with Chris Dudka leading the charge. Our site is nuanced, complex and demanding as it spans 8 office towers and a retail shopping centre in Vancouver’s downtown core. This being said, Fire-Pro was able to pivot as needed to ensure a thorough inspection without any issues with our tenants or the public. As a proprietor of fire & life safety myself, I find the services provided and attention to detail directly reflects their company message of “life safety comes first.”Thanks again Fire-Pro!

Fire Pro is a predatory company that attempts to prey on the uninformed. Not only will they falsify reports but actively damage/disconnect your equipment and tell you it needs to be replaced. Their strategy is to get in the door with a cheap inspection price then hit you with illegitimate deficiencies for equipment that is not broken or they break (In my case disconnecting wires inside emergency lights). The labor rate they quote for deficiency work is usually 3x the cost of the inspection rate (more than a surgeon makes per hour) and the cost of materials is of 3x retail prices (at home depot). If you push back on the cost, they tell you they can discount it, but pricing is still predatory and unreasonable. Don't let them scare you with their deceptive tactics and choose a reputable company that treats the customer with respect and honesty. Fire Pro said deficiency work was $1,500+, I had another company complete the same work for $60.

This company literally falsified information on an inspection report so that my strata could charge me a fine. What kind of dishonest company lies in writing so they can charge an exorbitant fee for their services? I couldn't believe my eyes when I read the report.Do NOT do business with this company. If you're looking for honesty and integrity, look elsewhere. They are liars and crooks and should not be in business.

Representative of the company was incredibly aggressive on the road. Called to report to ensure they can maybe support their employees better. Didn't hear anything back, which now makes me think it's a company culture.

The last company servicing our building was a dumpster fire.. so we called fire pro to make things right. I sit on a large strata and have faith that when this company services our site they deliver on promises. Their technicians are available to answer questions and their office is helpful when there is an immediate need. Ty FP.

Dave & Richard were at my building over the last two days. Very respective guys - who were did a great job testing those alarms. When they came into my unit, they were efficient, courteous and personable. Assets to your business. Thanks for your service and making sure our building is safe.
