They usually have the most recent games and consoles. 3.5☆ . Used games are weigh too expensive and they give very little for old yet still newer games. Passionate great staff.

Feels like you're bothering the employees when you walk in. The store had the usual big titles but nothing more. A visit pretty much confirms the increasing pointlessness of brick and mortar gaming stores as nothing found there couldn't be found online for sometimes less. And forget about more specific peripherals or retro gaming. They'll tell you to go online for that.

I have absolutely fallen in love with the staff! They are kind, funny, they are prompt to service you, to help you understand which direction to take when it comes to picking out a console or a game. They really know their stuff! It's nice to be welcomed when you come in as well! I really love this place

Not as it used to be before. I believe that if they continue that way then they will be shut down very soon. Hopefully not, but it's pazzeling to end up like that unfortunately. Try to fo something about it guys in the last minutes. Adjust your prices, do more specials and so on. Be nicer with your clients

Service is touch and go, some staffers are awesome others clearly couldn't care less. On one of my recent visits there were 3 employees and I was literally the only customer in the store and still no one offered help and I wasn't very impressed with the overly familiar way the guy at the register spoke to me when I was ready to pay but on my following visit the experience was quite different and the young lady who was working was quick to provide help even if she was busy and the guy at register was a charm.They often have stuff other locations no longer have so that's a plus.

Worst service I ever had, went to exchange an iphone. Since I had wipe it previously and location was already off, employe would not exchange it because he could not turn it off himself since it was already off! I suggested that i could re-activate it so he could remove it himself but after a call to his manager he told me he would simply not exchange the phone because of that fact. Went to another EB Games who had no problems with the fact that I helped them to their job. BEWARE
