Incredible service, knowledge and professionalism. Ned quickly responded to any questions we had about different fencing products. His knowledge as an installer and his willingness to help us get our projected completed is astounding. We talked with a person who purchased from AMCO Fencing 6 years ago (we happened to be admiring a fence that was installed in the neighborhood) and he told us about the excellent service before, during and after his purchase as well as how pleased he was with the product. AMCO are not just suppliers, they will go out of their way to help you with any questions about installing your product which we are truly grateful to Ned for all his help.

If I could give a ZERO star, I would. Everything was fine until we got to the aftersale service. We ordered by email as we live far away and paid by phone. We asked them to leave our order outside so we can come pick it up during the weekend (they're close). We had to rent a truck ($) to pick up our order and when we got home and unpacked everything, we saw that it wouldn't fit at all. It was our first time ordering from them as we only needed 1 panel and 2 posts as part of our fence was broken and nobody else in Ottawa had Tuff Fence in stock so we asked for the right brand and colour but the panel was way too thick and the crack inside the posts, where you insert the panel was also way too thick and those measurements were NOT in the quote so we couldn't know about that. So at that point, the items were still brand new and sitting in our garage. I contacted the President/salesman Ned, and he told me to look at our quote and said that I previously confirmed that everything's was good. I then explained to him about the missing measurements and we couldn't know that. I asked him to give us the instructions to return our order and to get our money back and he never answered this email, I did a follow-up 2 weeks after and I just got ignored. Now, we are stock with fencing pieces that we can't even use and we will lose money on it even if we can sell it on our own. Worst customer service, they claim that they have a zero return policy but it's not written on the invoice/quote, neither or their website.

Had a very good experience dealing with Amco. I ordered my material during the pandemic and it was available when Ned said it would be. Im a contractor and had never used pvc before, however, with the price of wood skyrocketing it has turned into a more viable option. Ned took the time to explain the process of assembling the panels etc., which was really helpful. Didnt get much of a contractor discount though as I had never used their products before which kind of sucks, but at the end of the day I was really happy with the service and helpfulness of the staff in general.

Best place in Ottawa for fencing and decking. Very competent staff. The service was amazing. Mirza was very helpful from start to finish. We bought their newer Polaris vinyl fencing in White. We emailed them our survey and they quoted our project correctly while providing installation tips since we attempted the build on our own. These days you need to plan projects well in advance as most inventory is on back-order and in high demand however, it still only took approx 4 weeks from order to pickup. Easy to install and looks great. Will definitely use AMCO in the future and recommend to our clients!

I purchased Gorilla-Fence vinyl fencing from AMCO in a Chai grey colour, to build a privacy fence around a hot tub area. Mirza was very helpful from start to finish. Understanding the project, quoting it correctly and providing great installation tips initially and as required later as I attempted the build on my own.The product is excellent to work with and looks incredible. Take sufficient time to ensure your posts are cemented to the appropriate depth, are plumb and properly distanced from one another, it will make the fence install that much easier.There were some supply delays for the product but Covid related issues likely contributed to this.Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the final project.

We ordered the Simtek fence from Amco. Our project involved installation on a retaining wall as well as in the ground. We gave Ned our dimensions and he identified everything we would need. We installed the fence ourselves and it couldn’t have gone better. The supplier had missed four stiffening roads and Ned had them delivered quickly. Ned gave us great advice and service. I would highly recommend Amco for your fencing needs.

Best place to get fencing and decking products in the Ottawa region. Amazing prices and even better products. The staff is very knowledgeable and hard working. Mirza is a great guy with lots of product information and he will make sure your 100% satisfied from beginning to end.

The crew at Amco Fencing were professional. The materials they sourced out with my measurements was spot on with limited waste and leftover pieces. I would highly recommend them for your fence. I installed their Moderna system. This system was easy to install all by myself and the YouTube videos provided by Amco were phenomenal help. On a purchase of decking from AMCO to build a deck next spring, the service was outstanding from Ned who completed the measurements of decking from a sketch needed to delivery by Mirza and Bommer.
