I have bought and sold several homes with various realtors over the years but Masood and his team are by far the best I have ever dealt with! My parents (who are seniors) and I had been talking about selling our homes and buying a house together and we wanted to see if anything on the market suited our very specific needs. We didn’t want any pressure and Masood listened to what we were looking for and there was never any pressure whatsoever. Masood was extremely knowledgeable about the market and helped us to make well-informed decisions when making an offer on a house. When it came to selling my house, I was very impressed by Masood’s efforts and ended up selling for over asking in less than a week. Masood and Helen personally came over to turn the lights on every day and turn them off each night (we were not staying at the house during the showings) which was greatly appreciated. They even offered to feed our pet fish while we were away! Masood was very easy to get along with and even got along with my mother (who willingly admits that she is not a person who is easy to get along with-lol!) Worst experience ever!! I have sold three homes in my lifetime, never ever have I had a more unsettling experience. Our agent Bev Sirrs was the worst. There was no care or consideration for us, their clients. I was lied to, they said they would shampoo the carpets and didn't. The staging was very poor. After the house was sold I went back to remove the rest of my Mothers belongings and there was mud tracked throughout the house!! I had made sure it was spotless (except for the shampooing of the carpets that they said they would do) floors were washed and vacuumed before putting it for sale. Who does that!! It just shows the lack of respect they have for their clients.

I received exactly the sort of advice and attention I was hoping for from Doug and the Vatandoust/Sirrs team. Doug took the time to appreciate what mattered most for us when selling my mother's house. Despite the challenging timing on the market, his guidance on expectations was spot on, and we wrapped up the sale very efficiently.
