The post office workers and shop workers are very helpful and kind! However, the pharmacy here is quite an unorganized mess. Prescriptions are never ready on time, even if you call ahead. Would not recommend.

Mom dropped off an empty medication bottle and was told the refill would take a few hours". 5 hours later the medication is not filled when we go for pickup."

I believe a pharmacy should have the highest standards of customer care and sensitivity to clients needs.It was my first time here on a non-medical visit. I needed to return a package via the Post Office and made a couple of observations.First, the Post Office does not have a printing facility for the labels. The gracious lady referred me to the pharmacy. I found that odd.The pharmacy manager was attending to someone and interrupted that engagement to inquire what I needed then invited me to have a seat. At the end of his engagement he then asked me to send my label via email which he wrote down then went to the back office. I punched in the email within a minute and clicked send.After a couple of minutes waiting, his lady colleague might have noticed I had been waiting a while and went over to fetch him. When he came he was still chewing his food-- he might have started his lunch break. He inquired if I had sent the email and went on to retrieve it and shared the printing cost. I noted the cordial engagement with the previous Senior citizen was exclusive to him. There was another lady client who had made her way to the counter. He also went over and engaged momentarily then suspended that conversation to come back and attend to me. Shouldn't one engagement be concluded before a new one is initiated?I paid, thanked him and moved to the postal counter.I borrowed a pair of scissors from the lady attendant to cut along the tear lines. As I was doing that, a senior citizen was in line. I hold the view that the attendant could have been more courteous in inviting the senior citizen to share her ID.On the score of empathy and compassion-- especially for a pharmacy-- I thought to share this review to help increase sensitivity.

Numerous times I would call in (or use the automated system) for a prescription refill. Then I would come in and it wouldn't be ready. Or they claimed that they ran out and had to order more. Or they gave me the wrong thing. One time I came in at 6:54 pm (they close at 7pm) and they tried to get me to come back the next day (even argued about it). The last time I came to pick up a refill (2 days after calling it it) and it wasnt ready. They again told me that they were out of the drug and asked me to come back the next day. At that time I told them that I had had enough and would be switching pharmacies immediately (which I tried to do). However, when the new pharmacy called them to get my info they refused to provide it, claiming that they had already filled the prescription. Later that same day, I had a message from Campus that was very apologetic and told me that my prescription had been filled (after I specifically told them not to do this) and that I could come get it any time. Bunch of lying jerks

TERRIBLE. Just came here to pick up a prescription that my doctor specifically wrote no substitutions on and I could hear the pharmacist talking to her coworker saying it's going to cost her more and she won't get the money, and then they still asked me if I would switch to the lesser genetic brand. Again my prescription said NO SUBSTITUTIONS. She was super rude as well. It is also supposed to be covered under the new OHIP and the pharmacists are provided with cards that cover the rest, but she tells me they are not working and that I have to pay the extra money if I want the prescription. I definitely feel like she lied to me, and just didn't want to lose" money. Clearly not in the business of helping people. Safe to say I got my prescription back and will be taking it elsewhere. Never coming here again. Never had issues like this with the male pharmacist."

Have tried to have 3 separate prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. 2 out of the 3 were not ready at the time they had promised. We had called days prior and let them know that we were driving in from out-of-town in order to get the anti-seizure meds which were very important to our son's health. There were no calls back to say that they wrong and the meds wouldn't be ready at the time promised and they knew we were driving a long distance to get them. This is very frustrating. This is about our son's health after all. Why can't they have the drugs ready on time I wonder? They gave a weak apology and this happened twice out of a possible 3 times! My son needs his meds on time. I was scrambling to fill prescription at another pharmacy so my son would have it before he ran out. Seizures would be happening if we don't have meds.

Just wanted to give a 5 stars to the Post Office workers here. An Employee went out of her way to help me track a lost package and the service exceptional. Thank you again!

I walked in to order a prescription medication from this location, and they put my information into their system and had my prescription ready within 10 minutes. The pharmacist provided very clear instructions for taking the medication, and explained to me what I could and could not do while taking this medication. When I asked them to help me find something, they were able to quickly direct and locate the product that I was looking for.
