We move quite a bit (do to my husbands job) and we always use Frogbox. They are so accommodating, reliable and well priced. I was reminded of these great qualities after my call with Candace from the Calgary office today. Great job guys!

We just used Frogbox for our move last weekend and they are coming to pick up the boxes tomorrow. They worked great! The company was friendly and more than helpful - I would highly recommend them and, heaven forbid we move again, would use them again.

Just had a move and used frogboxes. What a great idea they are! Made packing and unpacking so easy. No more dumpster-diving for cartons for me! They stacked so easily after packed, during the actual move, and after unpacked waiting for the pick-up. They were right on time with the delivery and the pick-up. Made life so much easier with this move!!

I recently used Frogbox for my home moving - it was a great experience. The design and concept is excellent. It does not leave a mess of cardboard boxes in your new place after you unpack everything.The people who came to drop-off and pick-up the boxes were very excellent - their service truly exceeded my expectations.

I have now added to my review as this was sent to the people at FrogBox and they handled it wonderfully! They showed real class and customer service by sending me an apology and a gift card as a thanks. It is a relatively new business so they're still learning and if, for whatever reason, you aren't satisfied with the service they appreciate the comment feedback. Great company!We were a little disappointed with the service FrogBox provided us with. Initially, we had ordered our boxes to arrive between 4:30 and 6:30. They also called us the day before to confirm that time. Unfortunately they didn't show up until 7:30 without a call which would have made it more understandable. Secondly, the website claimed that all boxes were cleaned however they were filthy. Some had wood pieces, dust, dried pasta etc. inside and the previous renters labels were still on the boxes. We also weren't too impressed that the delivery charge was not advertised onto the intital price after we took the time to order everything. It just kind of snuck up at the very end. If this had all been taken care of we would gladly recommend the service because the boxes are very convenient for moving. They stack well and the drop off/pick up concept is a GREAT service. No cardboard to take care of.

I'm a busy single mom of two with full time job and I absolutely *hate* moving. The idea of running around all over the city buying moving supplies, then wrestling with all the cardboard and having to deal with the aftermath just exhausted me. I found frog box on the internet, and after reading about what they are about, I jumped on it. They saved me time and money and I could not have been more happy with their delivery and pickup personnel. The boxes were clean, sturdy and very large compared to what reused or new cardboard boxes offered and they meant I didn't need to mess with the blasted tape gun! **BONUS**!!! The other bonuses are they offered all the rest of the supplies with it, labels, other sized boxes, etc. They delivered on time, and were quick and efficient and took the time to explain their products to me.I saved so much time on my already stressful move, and I am so behind the philosophy of saving the planet one little bit at a time! I highly recommend them to everyone, and already have!

Not only is using their reusable boxes environmentally friendly, but you can have peace of mind knowing the bottom isn't going to fall out of the box!
