mySleepStudy set-up was very well described in the videos and in the printed directions. I anticipated a difficult sleep with all the attachments but they were not that uncomfortable. I actually felt that my sleep was quite typical for me. I would certainly recommend this sleep review as a tool to improve sleeping problems and overall health. I will be supporting it in my practice as a Doctor of Pharmacy.

I'm a health professional (pharmacist) who recently completed the study and was totally impressed with the whole experience. The package came amazingly packaged and prepared with all that was needed for participating in the study. All components were included along with a 'tablet' and printed instructions. Videos can be watched to help prepare for the application of the hardware as well as a printed manual with full pictures. It did take about 45 min (as suggested) to get everything prepared and attached the night chosen and could manage that myself without additional help. There as pre contact by email to allow for any questions and confirmation of receiving the kit along with post communication following up on the experience and of course results. The morning after, I followed instructions on how to remove the apparatus' and how to repackage for returning. Within a few days, the results were ready for review along with how best to follow-up for any support desired or required. This is a way to immediately have a sleep study done, AT YOUR HOME, with minimal effort. I found the experience from start to finish with nothing left undone or completed and one I would highly recommend to others who are interested or in need.

After years of living with my husband snoring and Trying to adjust to his difficult sleep patterns it was reassuring to have him take your study to determine that he has severe sleep apnea. Not only was it fairly easy to do but it affirmed what I suspected all along ( and he stubbornly refused to believe). Now that we know it has also provided us with options to make it better for him to sleep well at night. I highly recommend people to take this test who are unsure if they suffer with sleep apnea. My husband had a heart attack three years ago and perhaps it would've been prevented had we known about this earlier. I believe getting affirmation and the right solutions for this type of ailment, will allow people to not only sleep better but will provide better health for the individual overall.

Set up was super easy, wireless attachments were comfortable. Was able to do study sleeping in my own bed. Results received very quickly! Awesome service!

I took this test knowing that I had sleep apnea. I have taken several tests in the past and believed that I was being treated for my condition. I took the test and was startled to find out the level of sleep apnea I have. I had been feeling very tired for a long time. I was able to print off the results and take them to my Dr. He immediately set me up with a referral to get a new CPAP machine. The results are so thorough that I gave them to the person who was setting me up with a machine and he immediately knew what I needed. With a bit of adjustment in the process, I am now using a new machine with proper settings!!I feel so much better now. I recommend this test to anyone who has sleep problems. I feel that it is a better test than I have ever had. Gives definite and accurate information so the condition can be treated properly!!

The results of the study came very quickly, less than a week, and were very comprehensive. I found the reports helpful and really enlightening. Preparing to do the study at home took almost an hour with my wife and I working together to figure it out. We found some of the medical terms a bit confusing. But once it was set up, it wasn't uncomfortable to wear and didn't inhibit my sleep at all. It also it also took quite a while to pack everything up in the morning. So make sure to give yourself plenty of time for set up and pack up.
