Camisle Golf

Recently visited Camisle for a quick 9, the grass was cut and well maintained, the course was pretty and the gentleman at the shop was really nice and helpful. You will not find a better course for the price. Will certainly be back

For the price, this is a nice place to play. Nothing fancy, but fun. It's a challenging course that forces you to make good shots on almost every hole. When you get out onto a course with wider fairways you realize how much Camisle forced you to be a little more precise. Keep expectations low here and you'll have fun. Would I play here if I was really good at golf and cared about all the small things? Probably not. However, I do like it.

Excellent course to up your game or for beginners. They allow single play which is my reason for giving 5 stars. Course is a bit narrow however great for practice. Chill vibes and no pressure :)

This place has definitely seen better days. The grass is cut, but in rough shape. There's ant hills, weeds & holes on the green which affects your game obviously. The ground all around is hard and rough. It's over priced for what it is...

Not sure how some people are giving a 5 star reviews or if they were at a different course than us lolI’m giving 2 stars only because the staff was very friendly and helpful. The state of facilities and course were horrible for the prices they charge, the golf carts were run down and one didn’t even work at all. The putting surfaces were deteriorated and badly maintained as well. I would only pay half the price to golf there but that’s it.

Need a tee time on short notice? This is the spot. I've never felt rushed or been held up. The people that golf here know to let you play through. Not intimidating for new/young golfers.Great place to get a practice round in. There are some tight fairways and tricky 2nd shots.The greens have never been great, but they are getting better.There are power carts if you want but the course is very walkable.There is no alcohol served in the clubhouse or on the course and food/snacks are basic. So if you like to have a couple pints while you play or want a bite I would suggest you pick something up on your way.All said and done you get what you pay for.I'd recommend this place to the golfer who just wants to get out for a few hours with a buddy. If you're the type that takes the game real serious you might be a little disappointed.

This course is great! Played a foursome here and had a blast. The course was surprisingly challenging and the greens were well maintained. Some of the greens were a bit dry but nothing out of the ordinary. Prices were also reasonable, and staff was extremely friendly.

Honest review here. I've played here on and off for the last 5 years. Its not going to be comparable to other courses in the area. That being said, the new grounds crew this year have turned it into a playable course again. Greens certainly aren't pristine, but fairways and boxes are now properly cut to length.Its a great place for a stress free round or to bring out newer golfers. If you haven't been in the last 2 years, I would give it another chance, I have definitely been impressed with the progress this year.

Great bang for your buck. Forgiving course with not many hazards, perfect for beginners or a quick round to tune up. Would be 5 stars, but the greens are very rough and hardly playable at times.

I’ll be honest, it’s not in the best shape, but the people are nice and the price is right. They don’t force you to pair up with other groups if you come as a twosome. This is particularly good for new players, who don’t need the extra pressure of having to play with strangers. If you’re looking for a fun, quick 9 holes on a budget, Camisle will do the trick. Warning: greens are a little rough.
