This location has gotten much better than it used to be. Almost always get the right order. Staff are friendly. Garbages are always emptied and tables are quite clean. Drive through is prioritized well now.

So slow and don't understand the quick morning rush go to the tims near calgary Tuscany off the hwy is vary fast I mean supper fast straight to point. Has gas station and right on your way in to Calgary. Cochrane place should pick up there socks.

I'm not sure who is training the staff here, but cudos to the whole team. This is the only time Hortons operates how it should. So efficient and attention to detail is amazing. This whole store deserves a raise.

This is a Tim Horton's that is always lacking. Orders can either be super fast and accurate or they can be very slow and incorrect. Service is always good however food can be burnt often. If you can you should avoid this half sized Tim Horton's and head to a proper one.

3 days in a row I go through the drive thru and never have dark roast coffee ready! I order coffee all the time with sweetener cause I can't have sugar and many times my coffee has sugar and wastes my money. The chit chatting all morning and lack of work is sad. I drove right through without ordering.

Terribly unmanaged location. No clue of how to stock and prepare for sales. Running out of a simple item such as croissants at 8:30am on a weekday is pretty poor management. This especially considering they only sell the plain ones. At any rate, if you’re not hungry and want a coffee, I’m sure they won’t mess that up, otherwise just head over to Cochrane because they’re always stocked.

i went in and I order a bagel, 2 sandwiches, a roast beef craveable, and a french vanilla. When i got my order i received 2 bagels, and a spicy chicken sandwich. It wasn’t just a random mix up. 2 customers that were there when I was also had there order messed up. The staff was rude, the lady taking our order made us repeat our order multiple times. My drink was only filled up 3/4 of the way. It easily could have fit in a small cup, waste of money. very disappointed.

Service was relatively quick this time but there was no one else there. Always disappointed when the first inch and a half of my cup is empty. Between the whip cream and emptiness the liquid of my large latte starts at the bottom of the T on my large cup which is about half. This is the only tims I've had this issue.

Terrible customer service. We were right at the cash register, waiting to be served. The servers were only serving the people in the cars. We waited for five minutes and nobody acknowledged our presence. We realize they were busy, but how long does it take to say, ‘be with you in a minute’? We finally left.
