Oh man, this is very down to earth local Mexican eatery place that gives me a come home feeling. Food is very meticulously prepared and made. Their dipping sauces are too delicious (don’t put your nose close to the sauce because your saliva might flow into the sauce as I could be the next customer). I love this place very much. Not too many tables inside but the feeling is absolutely nice!

Chorilocos nachos were fantastic - just the right amount of heat, loads of flavour, and lots of crunch! Beware, you’re likely to fill up on these sausage-topped nachos before your tacos even arrive.I really enjoyed the shrimp taco, but the volcan (steak), pastor (marinated pork), choriqueso (cheese and sausage), and pescado (fish) tacos tasted just alright.Very limited indoor and outdoor seating. No frills, cash only, authentic and local.

An authentic, small and family run place. I loved their taco, very fresh and felt like a homemade one. It's cash only by the way, but they take e-transfer too.

Probably the best tacos I've had in the GTA. Maybe the best tacos I've ever had, period.Absolutely delicious. Real, authentic, simple tacos - the way they are supposed to be made. The location/restaurant itself is nothing special, but you don't come here to do anything other than eat. The folks who work here are lovely, too.

Probably the best tacos in Toronto. I’m not the biggest taco connoisseur but I think anyone that likes tacos and has a half decent palette would appreciate this place. This is a very small restaurant that is out of the way but it’s worth travelling to. Don’t expect a lot from the decor. It’s a food served on paper plates type of place. Incredibly nice staff. Everything I had was great.

A little gem tucked away in a Mexican butcher shop. Absolutely the best tacos I have ever had in Toronto. The taste is authentic and delicious, comparable to those from Tijuana/Mexico I had two years ago. They make all their tortillas in-house. We have ordered seven tacos, all bursting with flavours, and the portions are generous. The thick-cut beef tongue is definitely the star of the show, which is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth. The Pastor with pineapple in it is also excellent.Be aware the restaurant is cash only, and each taco costs $6-$8. It's better to do takeout since the place has limited seating. We have waited 20+ minutes on a Saturday afternoon, so it will be wise to call and place your order beforehand. We will come back to try other items in no time.

Thought this place was a bit pricey for what you get. We ordered the torta sandwich with pork and it was very large and can be split between 2 people - very tasty. Opted out of the tacos since fancier dining establishments charge the same amount per taco if not less and this place is more of a take out or quick bites place. Also got the beef quesadilla and it was ok, wasn’t wowed by it.
