Dr. Gleny refused to help my sick mother because she homeschools my sister, Dr. Gleny said my mother must fail to socialize my sister because she’s homeschooled, insulted my mother who has been struggling to find a doctor although the pandemic and then abruptly ended the conversation because of something she has no knowledge of before even ASKING about her medical history. Stay away from this doctor at all costs, shouldn’t even have a medical license.

Contacted office to make an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Glenny. Specified this was about mental health and was urgent. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, took the day off to wait for her to call.Called when was not contacted, told there was two voicemails left (there was not) and my “private caller” blocker was on (it was not). Was told next appointment wasn’t for another few more week.As someone who has been struggling tremendously waiting for this appointment, it’s unbelievable how this was handled. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Wouldn't recommend at this time. Glenny being a new doctor has a long way to go, lacks professionalism and has much to learn about compassionate care. She appeared great within the first few months, but that very quickly changed for unclear reasons. Seeing her adamantly refuse to do tests for ongoing issues recommended by the ER after a legitimate hospital visit was a real eye opener. As well, her way of handling clients mental health is shockingly inappropriate. Being a doctors office you would think that they would be on top of property maintenance especially during the Winters, but I guess their laziness and carelessness extends outside of the office! Snow storm was a week ago, no excuse.

DR glenly called CAS on Me and it was all false allegations, she refuses to believe my daughter's diagnosis of austim despite multiple paperwork showing her otherwise my daughter was having some behavior challenges that i went to the doctor FOR HELP for and was turned away many times she referred me to a A pediatrician who is like her best friend and they both did nothing to help my daughter we ended up at MAC and my daughter was admitted for suicidal attempts that this doctor ingored dr glenly told CAS that im a medicine pusher when it comes to my daughter but shes not even the one who wrote the perceptions for her .. so im not sure how that would work the Pediatrician is and CAS Confirmed that all medications were valid and needed I also asked for counseling for my daughter as she has been through some events and its been hard for her dr glenly refused to do the referral but contact Hamilton thought it was an amazing idea and got my daughter the help she needed within 3 days .. also the joke is on this doctor because CAS came investigated and closed the file within 5 days all because of these false allegations . They also thought it was hailrous that a doctor who was sooo concerned about my so called parenting would refer me to a Fertility clinic to get pregnant and knows that I'm currently in the process of getting Fertility Treatments and next date for an IUI Is within the next 2 weeks would make a report to CAS ? And not mention anything about the Fertility Treatments or family planning... long story short if you have mental health or any type of disability stay far away from this clinic because when you're a parent looking for help for your child or children appropriately it gets refused and back fires when you're child hits rock bottom... better luck next time though!!! Oh and don't wait 2 months after me not being your client to call ...

Dr glenny and their mental health counselor Audrey Augano are both incredibly unprofessional and lack the fundamental understanding and compassion needed for treating patients with mental illness.I have (on record) 5 phone appointments with audrey that were taken over when she started crying about her own personal problems with her family issues and not allowing me to finish speaking. On each occasion audrey was too emotional with something external or unrelated to what I was talking about and took over the entire session... i began to really dread appointments with audrey as her basic understanding of mental illness was severely less than it should be for someone in her job position. Over all both dr glenny and audrey lacked the basic understanding and compassion needed to be treating mental health patients.If you dont have mental health issues, you will likely receive better care from dr glenny. If you do suffer from anxiety disorders or ptsd like myself do yourself a favour and find another team. The mental health clinician audrey made situations much more challenging for me than they needed to be. Audrey also broke confidentiality when I discussed being disappointed that dr glenny was refusing to treat physical issues and dismissing them all as anxiety.The only exception to the over all poor support I received throughout my two years with this clinic was my time with their wonderful psychiatrist dr Kate and the dietitian diana, both were phenomenal. I'm sad to lose these 2 on my support team. However after both dr glenny and Audrey's innaprorate behaviour I believe it is for the best that I find care with a more informed provider.

I agree with, have had similar experiences as described in many of these reviews and share a deep concern regarding the the treatment of my overall health with the Core Care Family Health Team of physicians.Hoping our health care system will improve and hoping that this practice will make a point of remaining as professional as possible and use a mindful and empathetic approach in their treatment of their patients, as we, humans in general, could all benefit from better mental health.

The staff are very helpful and are quick with booking appointments. It does take a little while to get in touch with someone but it’s nice that the phone lines let you know where your call is in the que.Every time I book an appointment with Dr. Glenny or the nurse, they are both quite prompt in getting back to me.Overall, I think this clinic is doing their best amidst this pandemic, and I appreciate that the staff are always doing their best to ensure everyone is taken care of properly. Thank you!

Dr. Glenny has been amazing so far. Thorough, quick and appropriately friendly. I had my first appointment over the phone a second in person and a third over the phone. They were all timely. My concerns were all addressed respectfully and informatively. Getting my prescription filled was a breeze. No paper work for me at all to have to handle. Grateful to have found her and also, to have found a doctor who is a part of a health care team. The amount of resources (mental health, physio etc) available are amazing.

Super fortunate to have found this clinic. They truly care for their patients and their well being. Amazing doctors and fantastic staff.

Great team of staff. Dr. Glenny, James and all the nurses always make me feel comfortable and heard. Finding Dr. Glenny has made dealing with multiple health issues manageable. She listens to me and works with me to help me improve my health.
