Incorrect information on invoice on both visits. Told home mopar charger isn’t sufficient but supplied with vehicle. Vehicle is updated and told works but returned with <1%. Updates are correcting problems but service is recording low voltage on owners fault. List the correct information on invoices because if there is a problem with no warranty diagnosis was done incorrectly from the beginning.

The dealership picked me up (no car at the time) sold me a nice used Jeep. The salesman was very personable. The manager made a point of greeting me and then catching me later for congratulations on my decision to purchase. They made getting on the road again easy with assistance, reminders and the pertinent information necessary to get me on the road ASAP. I made an effort not to dress up for my own comfort of shopping and I will point out that a Gucci wearing lawyer couldn’t have received better service.I understand that all the salesman receive the same training, but my personal experience with Orval was second to none. Andrew was quick to provide quality warranty extension products, making my used vehicle feel as protected as a new one..-Cheers team!

I recently purchased a used Dodge Ram and brought it to Blue Mountain Chrysler to have an aftermarket screen/stereo installed with Android Auto support. Blue Mountain Chrysler brought in a 3rd party to handle the installation. Unfortunately, despite paying a significant amount of money, the unit didn't function properly. I had to return to Blue Mountain Chrysler multiple times to rectify the installation mistakes, and I spent numerous hours on the phone with Kenworth trying to resolve the issues.In the end, Blue Mountain Chrysler directed me to the 3rd party, who, in turn, referred me to Kenworth. However, Kenworth insisted that the problem lay with my phone and recommended I visit Futureshop for assistance. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I decided to seek an alternative solution. I visited Tom's Radio in Barrie and had them install a working device in a single trip. They not only ensured that the unit functioned properly but also used the correct faceplate, giving the installation a seamless factory-like appearance. What's even more impressive is that their services cost less than what the Blue Mountain Chrysler charged for their non-working solution.To demonstrate that the issue was not with my phone, I showed the new working unit to the service rep at Blue Mountain Chrysler (who was very nice did her best to help me). Despite all the time, effort, and back-and-forth trips I invested to make things right, the dealership has chosen not to take any action. It's clear that their priority is not customer satisfaction but rather their own financial gain.
