Worst laundromat ever. People pee in the machines and it's expensive. There is no attendant or service number to call when there's a problem. It's usually disgusting. Papa's does the bare minimum provide adequate service at best.

Don't count on this Papas Laundromat taking Loonies in the left big machine or dryers. At least two of the three medium machines are not taking quarters either (or are not working.... ) of course you’re to fill them with product before coins). Change machine isn’t not taking quarters or fives even with their extortion rates. Yes they charge for change. I came with $60 in change and still had to walk to the bank to finish my laundry. I am done! It shouldn't take 4000 steps to do your laundry across the damn street! STEER CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I will take transit anywhere else from here on out.

This place is disgusting. And in an extremely sketchy area. Do not go here. I turned around and got an Uber right away as I was very scared to be even in the area. The change machine is broken and it’s filthy in there

EDIT: We've been going here for more than a couple years now. Not the best laundromat around, most machines require maintenance and some don't work properly or at all. They've hiked up the price of all washing machines by 25 cents, so now it costs $3,25 to wash one load. They've recently started installing bigger washing machines that handle 2+ loads, but those cost around $6,75-$7 to use, not cost efficient. Changed my rating from 3 stars to two stars, just because we've had to deal with so many more inconveniences with machines not working properly recently.OLD: Papa's laundromat has been our go-to laundry place for a year now. There were multiple instances where the machines ate the change, so be careful not to put big change like $1 or $2 at first, only use quarters to check if the machine processed it properly. Busiest times are the weekend. They have a machine that gives you change in exchange for 25 cents. The wash machines cost $3 while the drying machines are 25 cents for every four minutes.

This place is terrible. I am using it because my washer broke and this is the closest laundromat to my place. The machines are filthy. They cost $3.50 each and are tiny. I had to split what should have been one load into 2 loads because they are so small. One of the machines fully stole my money. So now I am out $10.50 for what should be one load. Additionally, there is no ATM, and the change machine has clearly been smashed.I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it's better than nothing. And lots of people.in this neighbourhood have no other options, so I guess I'm glad it's here.

If a machine is broken and eating people's change, the management won't mark it out of order. They just leave it as-is, and let people continue getting screwed out of their change. I understand that they only have one cleaning person who comes by once a day, but the same machine will keep eating people's change for months, and they still won't even put up a sign saying Out of Order. At that point I don't care if you're understaffed or poor or whatever your problem is; you have a basic duty to not scam people, regardless of what the condition of your business is.

Clean place to do laundry. Always have machines available. 3.25 - 7.00 for wash 0.25 per 4 minutes for a dryer. Can ussually fully dry a 3.25 wash. Change machine avialable but charges a 0.25 fee. Put in 5.00 get 4.75

Good washing machines and always an open spot. Change machine charges .25 cents for each transaction so is best to change a 10 or 20 dollar bill. Be prepared to bring your own detergent and dryer sheets as there is no vending machine to buy.

The machines with lower rates of $3.25 are old. And yes the change machine is a rip off, I changed $10 & it gave me $9.25. However it takes not only 25c but also $1,$2. So if you have those, don't bother changing into 25c. You have to stay with your stuffs because a lot of homeless are around there.
