Right now I can't say anything good. First off I ordered a scooter in May. After my first payment I literally was ignored. I kept emailing and calling for my tracking number. I got an email on June 12th saying the company was on back order until mid to late June. Fine. They loaned me a scooter which was nice. I email twice and nothing to then get an email on the third try to say it will be sent July 10th to 13th and I'll get my tracking. I still got nothing. I emailed 4 times and still got no response so I had to email Invacare themselves. Starting to feel like I got scammed. I will edit the review if I get the scooter. I've been more than patient. But customer service is very poor.Updates :August 1st. Still nothing. Since my review I was contacted that same day to tell me to remove me review and not to contact them further for updates. That shocked me. I have not contacted them further and have received no inkling about anything so I've no idea where this order stands. Will update as it progresses.September 3rd : was contacted on August 24th to say it will be shipped August 31st and will be receiving no later than September 3rd. I emailed about tracking information and received no email back and obviously still no scooter.September 4th : ater emailing over 5 times got a reply that it hasn't even been shipped and will be shipped Monday... Getting pretty sick of this bs. It's always pushed back or something. I contacted the bbb about this. At this point. I want my money back. I'll take my business to a company who actually delivers on their promises.September 9th: Monday came and went. No tracking nothing. No communication. I'm tired of it. I don't want to deal with it anymore. And they are unwilling to do anything so I have contacted my credit card provider to have the charges reversed. They don't want me to get out of the contract? Maybe then hold up your end of the contract. My lawyer has also been notified as this is fraud. Do NOT use this company. Some have gotten theirs and ordered after I did and yet I received nothing but lies.

I reached out to get a knee scooter rental and they confirmed over phone and email that they talked to my insurance company and that 100% of my purchase price would be covered. They encouraged me to purchase instead of rent and to buy the most expensive model, assuring me I would be fully covered.My insurance company only covered $600 of the $650 charge saying the price was above what's deemed reasonable and customary." When I reached back out to Knee Walkers Canada they denied my request to refund the difference.Do not trust them that it's covered by your insurance!"

VERY disappointed with customer service. Sent email with the info/photos company requested, followed up with phone reminders, but NO response (or even acknowledgement) received after 6 weeks. My complaint relates to surgical masks sold by this company - arrived in flimsy package which was ripped open in transit, masks not plastic-wrapped and spilling out of box - not useable.

Ordered a mobility scooter and received it the next day. Most places had a 2-3 week lead time. They also provided financing at reasonable terms.

I booked a all terrain walker online for my wife by credit card. I received confirmation the walker was ready for pickup - excellent same day!! - I went to the 3rd party location to pick up the walker and they said they didn't have that model. I called but couldn't leave a message as the voice message was full. I sent an email to find out what was going on - they replied the next day to tell me that that model wasn't available in my city for a week and for communication purposed that it was best to email as they will respond within 24hrs. I then cancelled right away as my wife had a fractured ankle and I couldn't wait for a week!!. They still processed the payment despite my immediately cancelling my order. I emailed them two days in a row asking why did they still process the transaction when they didn't deliver the walker and since I had cancelled the order. I asked when could I expect a credit to my card and no response. I contacted my credit card company and they said to wait 15 days. After 12 days or no response to my emails, I contacted them again to see what was going on and two days later still no response. 14 days has passed with no response to any of my emails. You can bet that I will be contacting my credit card company to void this payment as soon as the waiting period passes. Be forewarned of dealing with this company. Sadly, I should have checked more reviews before booking with this company, but when your family suffers an injury, you try to help them out asap and that is where they get you. If I could give a negative star for customer service that is what they deserve. If you live in Ottawa don't waste your time with this company - there are other ones in town and the funny thing is - they are considerably cheaper as I found out the hard way.

Not a good look. So I requested and paid for a seated knee walker rental on Friday February 26th of 2021. A man named Umar called me promptly and confirmed that I would receive it on Tuesday March 2, 2021 (i.e., two business days, sounds great right?!).Well... hold on to your chair because despite everything being on the table, I never received the aid at all. [This is an edit because I can’t believe that I forgot to add this part!]- So I was promised it on the Tuesday. It didn’t come, so I went on live chat where they told me it would be coming on Thursday and I would get tracking info on that Tuesday night. Obviously there was no tracking number Tuesday... Wednesday... Thursday... and that’s when on chat...] They would not and did not attempt to respond to me until I used a VPN in their chat and copy pastad my issue that I had already sent them. Suddenly, they responded and just said they would email me as soon as possible about the matter. Next day, no response to my email, as expected. Guys, watch out. I just had to purchase the walker on Amazon. Learn to do a chargeback if you’re taken. Do it within 30-90 days ideally.If you’re like me and you seriously need a way of getting around ASAP, I would not recommend this company. It’s attractive because they “deliver” but that’s a specious claim. I just shelled out on Amazon after going through an extra week of misery waiting for this company’s broken promises.Your health and a healthiness is not negotiable. Heed my advice...Update: I got a response from Knee Walkers via email saying something like “oops, sorry, we will refund you and please remove your review if you can”. It’s been 3+ weeks and I don’t have my refund. Please beware.Update two: After like a week, I wrote them an email simply stating: “where’s my refund?” with no more body to the email. My money was back in my account within the next few days. IMO, they know what they’re doing and please guys, I’d urge you not to be the one who simply forgot to chase them.

Knee walker ordered March 4. Website stated same day delivery in my area.The charge appeared on my credit card within hours. No acknowledgement of order from the company. Used company's website chat" to check on order receipt. No response. Sent email. No response. Next day called the company. No answer. Left voice mail. No response. Next day called again. No answer. Voice mail box full. Very frustrating experience and no knee walker."

What a terrible experience.. I had a work accident a cut my big toe tendon, so I'm in a cast for 4-6 weeks and can't walk on my leg. I got a prescription to buy a knee scooter so I looked around on google and Knee Walkers Canada said they would deliver ontario orders within 48 hours. So i made the purchase. Two days later... I try reaching out to see if it had shipped, I tried calling multiple times (of course the mailbox is full), then I tried the live chat where it says they typically answer within 2 minutes, I left the chat open for 4 hours and never got a response. Then I tried the contact form on the website. Never got a response.So I called my VISA to process a chargeback. they said I need to email the company asking for a refund. which I did. Then and ONLY then, after threatning a chargeback, I got a response saying the knee scooter is on back order and will be delayed about a month... So I asked to cancel the order and asked for a confirmation of the refund. He responded saying the order had been canceled. I then asked for an official confirmation. he said I would receive an automatic email in the morining. Of course, two days later... still no confirmation email and no refund. I emailed them twice since, still no answer.Seems to me like this company is ran by a random guy in a basement... just collecting vulnerable and injured people's money with no remorse or customer care at all.Extremly disappointed. Now I have to wait another few days to get a knee scooter from Amazon.. I wanted to support a local company, but man, what a horrible experience.

Beware. This company does not appear to currently be practicing fair business. I ordered my knee scooter a month ago and it has still not arrived. I needed to get one elsewhere as they have FAR surpassed their advertised 48 hour delivery and by the time I got it, if I ever did, I’d no longer need it. They are impossible to get in touch with but had no trouble processing my payment immediately. My credit card company is now going to help me get my cancellation and refund for undelivered product as I’ve had no luck on my own.

Trying to buy a knee walker after an Achilles tendon tear and surgical repair,tried to contact Knee Walker Canada yesterday by phone with some questions, no response after 30 hours.went online today with a posted 2 minute response time promise, haven't heard a response after 3 hours.The clientele for this type of product have significant mobility issues and deserve a quick and honest response, otherwise we would simply choose a different vendor.
