I would have rated zero stars but it wasn’t possible. This company blew me off three times granted some of it was weather related but on the morning he was to show, he called and said his van couldn’t make it up a hill!!! A BUSINESS IN WISCONSIN COULDNT MAKE IT UP A HILL?!?!?!?!!! He then Called me back and said call someone else!!! How professional is that? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is from Bryan Cole Courtney's father. I live 3 minutes from there location in NFDL. They inspected and tried to clean. Ron the owner was there. It needed to have a chain used unprepared Ron said he would schedule another day to come in December. This was before Thanksgiving they did the service. I have called 5 times since December left messages and no one has called back. I left the last 2 messages saying if you do not want the job at least call back and I will quit calling. No response. My last call today was don't bother calling back and take off your voicemail we appreciate your call and will call back as that is a joke. Ron and his business are a joke. Do not use them as they are the worst business I have ever used.

I would not do business with this company. 11/16/16 can't keep appointment. 11/18/16 arrives late because he is going through a divorce. 12/5/16 arrives to clean fireplace and removes parts and my owners manual from my home. Fails to keep customer informed. Dishonest and failed to follow through. I have waited over 2 months to receive the owners manual for my fireplace that he needlessly took with him instead of writing the information down. He said he was going to mail it and has refused to do that. He is upset because of a phone message I left him that called him out on his inability to keep his customers informed. Emails to back up what I say.

Get a second opinion, he uses his microscopic camera to scare you into a $5000+ job even if unnecessary. Caused me to not use my chimney for years because I thought I would start a fire in the attic if I used it". Wrong!"
