Well, well, well, how should I use my syntax to describe this marvelous addition to Ontario. I will gracefully tip my fedora to this establishment! GGF (As the kids say)! The wide selection of Yu-Gi-Oh was impressive, even for a lowly toy store ridden by small goblins. *Sigh*, their parental figures reallyyy need to watch them further, putting their grubby, slimy, disease-ridden mits over everything of importance to myself. Continuing, the Yi-Gi-Oh! selection was to die for, if you gen-zers even know what the beauty of Yu-Gi-Oh! is. *shrug* Overall, you have not seen the last of me. *wink* INSHALLAH

Worst return policy and customer service everIf zero star I can give I will!Never I will go there again. Just I was going to exchange to something deferent! And bc the box was opened she refused the exchangeIt was only two hours purchase!What a waste of time and money to go there

I’ve been to so many ToysRus but this is the first time I’ve been at this location. I was actually just passing by London(driving from Toronto to Windsor) and ordered something at this location for pick up. First off, the customer service is excellent! I picked up my order and they had it ready and also asked me if I needed help to put it in my car. The ops manager( I didn’t catch his name) was very friendly and nice. You can tell when someone really enjoys and loves their job. I had staff ask me if I needed any help or if I’m looking for something specific. I picked up a trampoline and they were very nice to assist me putting it in my cart. The shelves were well stocked and everything was organized. I think the ops manager said this toyrus was one of the top 3 largest locations. All staff were smiling even though they were wearing a masks you can tell they were all happy to be there.

Tried calling 20 minutes before closing for customer service. Called the manager nothing just straight hanging up. Called the one on Dundas st pick up. I just wanted to ask a question it was a yes or no issue.

This franchise of Toys R Us is located in a very large strip mall that has a dozen anchor stores in the area. It is both Toys R Us and Babies R Us, with the toy section being about 50% larger.It has undergone some re-arrangement for product because it now houses a significant library section just a little inside of the entrance. There are many, many sections: boardgames, library, little kids misc toys, a big Nerf section, bikes, electric ride-on cars, a girls' dollset collection, trucks and cars, a huge Lego portion, collectibles, video games and gaming memorabilia.Yes this is a massive Toys R Us.The store is clean and seems well staffed for the holiday season. Parking is not a problem given the design of the large mall.They also have outdoor playsets and you can pickup your online orders here too.

The kids got gift cards for Christmas and we placed our order. 1 of the items ordered a Lego fast and the furious charger wasn’t shipped or in my bag for in store pickup so I inquired. Apparently they cancelled the item and never charged me which is false I have receipt that says otherwise. I have no email telling me that they randomly canceled my item either. Very unprofessional

Website and google say close at 7pm on Saturdays and I arrived at 6pm to see it all closed up. Very frustrating

Bought a bike for my daughter. After few days my daughter try to ride it, it had hole on the seat. I called the store if they can exchange the rude lady from customer service said they can't do anything about it. I paid over 160 bike with hole with on the seat.
