Can't post minus rating so have to use one star.Management is inept, insideos traitorous lot. Leaving owner op drivers hanging in the wind. The shop is subpar manned and its manager is equivalent to Donald duck with a wrench.If you pride your job and revenue steer clear of these pretenders, they are more concerned pleasing themselves rather than the team concept.

I was given a date that my package was supposed to arrive. It didn't arrive on that date. I went to their website and typed in my PRO number. Nothing. I just cleared the number and I tried again multiple times and got the same result. I called the local office and was put on hold. I was then transferred to someone else. I gave the person on the phone the PRO number. He said my package was somewhere but I could not understand what he was saying I asked him again and he put me on hold for 10+ minutes. I called back and no one answered the phone. Hopefully when I call again tomorrow I will actually will get an answer.

Please teach your drivers … how to use Singal’s…. So they don’t turn them on right in the middle of the ramp and make everyone slam on their brakes……..

One of there drivers near Moose Jaw nearly killed us. Lucky I was paying good attention and avoiding a likely fatal accident.

I keep asking them to stop blocking the back line its a t back line it's been 2 years and they still do it those 10 boxes must be heavy to use a gate and a moto truck can't backnout onto Kimberly in rush hr amd can't go strait on to private property and bottom out cause of the ruts what do they care I see them with boxes in hands there not heavy they just don't care they have blocked off again to day done calling ill just post every time now to lazy to walk 10 feet or use a dolystill to day September 20th back line booked again lol company and safty to them is a joke well it 6 days later and a Monday and they have the hole thing blocked off at 530 nice to back out on to Kimberly in rush hr well its the 11th of October and they have it blocked off so you have to go off road to get to the back lane lol there are a joke
