This was the worst service. The girl at the store was the least helpful person. I came in looking to upgrade my phone that was due this month. She at first advised me I wasn't an authorized user on my account (I am as confirmed by 3 different reps on the phone) but also never bothered to get off her chair to look at phones with me or answer my questions. It's okay if you hate your job, but no need to be ignorant to your customers.

Oh I am so overwhelmed by the two people working today .I felt like I was at the Bank and the level of Professionalism .Oh my goodness I just want to say thank you for a white young lady on shift today .She is amazing caring and loving human being and she went beyond and above .And the other guy working with today .He is amazing as well .I am so happy you have this kind of people around .I am thrilled and the service was spectacular

Milkeessaa provided very informative and insightful advice to getting us 3 new connections today. For some personal reasons, we couldn’t close the deal. However, I am genuinely shock by the service we received. He genuinely deserves a raise. We definitely will come back to Milkeessaa as he is quite knowledgeable and provides us with great customer service.

Awesome experience!!! I have been avoiding upgrading my phone for a while now, just love that home button too much! But I finally decided to bite the bullet and upgrade – went to the Telus store in Millwoods Town Centre and I was not disappointed! Dana was so friendly, and very patient with me. While I was waiting for my phone to transfer over, there was a rather irate customer in the store and the staff handled it like pros – very professional and courteous!! Thanks again to Dana, and all the staff at Telus, MWTC!!!

My husband & I had superior customer service experience from the staff member I think his name was Domo or Dominic @ this location on October 25 2022. He was very knowledgeable, eager to help us with getting new phones. Was a very pleasant person.

Excellent service at this location . The staff are honest and went above and beyond in getting me a great new phone with an even better plan than I had before. Not to mention the patience on their part to do a 45 + minute Smart Switch transfer. This is definitely my go to Telus location.

After my work, my wife and I went to this shop to get a phone and a plan. We were so lucky to be served by Milky, he is very helpful and did not hesitate to go the extra mile in explaining to us the different plans and prices. There is no hard-selling, just pure great customer service. Even though it is almost time for them to close, he did not speed up the process, he made sure that we are comfortable with the plan that we chose and that we are happy about it. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Milky for your service!!!
