Worst experience ever, not professional at all. I went there to get a document notarized for my father and the lady was making every possible excuse to not notarize it, possibly because she had never signed that kind of document before and also asked me to sign an affidavit for extra money just because my father cannot speak english. No respect for newly landed immigrants, very orthodox approach. I would not recommend them to anyone specially new immigrants. They are just sitting there to fetch extra money from you.I refused to get the document signed from that lady and went to some other notary place in barrie where people were knowledgeable and professional, got it notarized right away without even signing that unnecessary affidavit. I think its time that they review their policies or train their staff to deal with unfamiliar documents.
