Falcon Beach Auto Service and Towing

Very much appreciation to Daniel for pulling over to make sure we were okay after hitting black ice and ending up in the ditch. He helped control traffic and helped with our belongings! He stopped on his own time to make sure we were okay and offered a ride if needed. It was dark, very cold and icy out so we didn't get it out that night (I don't blame him at all if was very bad out). Highly recommend these guys, he was very friendly and super helpful! Thanks so much Daniel!! These guys are awesome!!

Was in an accident last night with terrible road conditions, these guys sent out a support truck to make sure II was safe and warm while we waited for a wrecker. once we were all cleaned up they drove me back to Dryden and dropped me off at a hotel, big thanks to Ron and Dan on an excellent job! Highly recommend this company!

Excellent service, Manny picked me and my truck up in the middle of the night and dropped my truck off at my repair shop and then gave me a lift home.

Wish all companies were like this. Not only were these guys the only ones willing to pick up the phone but they were instantly willing to travel 500km with my vehicle. Within minutes their truck was on site and car was loaded up.Manny had checked on me several times which is great PR. Even the next morning long after the bill was paid they had checked on my situation. Just shows they care. If I had any company to go to again, it would be these guys. They go ABOVE and BEYOND!I had to ride with the operator for some time and they’re also good guys to get along with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Manny and Dan. Made a potentially awkward situation a pleasant and light atmosphere

we had our truck broke down near ignace and our owner caller falcon towing company. Manny" came and helped us with our pulley belt was broken and fixed our truck. that was his job but he went beyond and take us in his truck when our truck was freezing as heat was not working. he even bought us coffee

Excellent service. They came quickly to help me unlock my car door . They even helped me to pull my car out of snow without me asking. They were the only ones answered the phone and willing to help. Highly recommend them

This is a full service company where they are concerned about your safety as well as your vehicle. Having a flat in the middle of no where can be overwhelming, so when you have a company that wants you to feel safe and secure and make sure your safe and everything is fixed is a good feeling. Manny made my day! Thanks so much for everything!

10/10 recommend these guys over anyone else around!Was unfortunate to have my truck break down outside of Ignace, after trying for 4 hours to get ahold of a company in town I finally caved and started looking in the next town over.Picked up on the first ring on a Sunday morning! Manny thank you for that. Was incredibly refreshing after having the other company’s not answer or return any of my calls,I had a a driver have to turn around and go home because his wife went into labor. Later I found out he wanted to come get me quickly and come back quick! I said no issue on waiting for something like that!Thank you so much Dan! And congratulations on the new born,It really didn’t feel like I had to wait for awhile at all! Daniel showed up and got straight to work putting my Ram 3500 on the flat deck, incredibly friendly and it was an amazing customer experience with Daniel.Got into the tow truck after it was chained down and was Greeted instantly by his son who came for the ride! It was incredibly nice having the positive energy from the pair in such a stressful time,Overall my experience was incredible, on a morning where it seemed like everything was going wrong and some how walked away with a smile, thank you all so very much for your service, I will be recommending you guys to the whole fleet of us who are always driving through Canada ,
