King Pins Bowling

As others have mentioned, high hopes but a little disappointing. Our lane (#1) had many technical issues during our one hour of bowling, we barely made it through one game. The food was mediocre but the beer was great! Everything seemed to be over priced for the quality/experience. I’d love for this place to be awesome, would be great for the Shore. We’ll go back and play pool, but will skip the bowling and food.

Had such a wonderful evening here. Used their website to book two lanes, everything worked perfectly. Took us 5 min to get set up and when a fluke problem emerged with one of the lanes, they moved us to fresh ones and gave us bonus time. The food and drink were perfect, and the staff were extremely sweet and helpful.All in all, I cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend

Tonight I had a great time, but was very upset after I got my bill. I wasn’t told we would be charged an automatic gratuity of 20%. Since they don’t print a bill and do it on the machine, I trust that after the server has confirmed my order, my bill will be correct and then I add the tip after.It isn’t until I see my receipt that I see there was an automatic gratuity and I tipped above that. The last time it happened, I didn’t say anything because it was a big group and I should’ve known. But this time, it was a fairly small group, and again, we were not told once about the automatic gratuity so naturally, we tipped.I’ve also always been told about the automatic gratuity right away at every other place I’ve been to. I’m just quite confused about why they’ve never been clear about their policy. Even when we asked after paying, they still aren’t very clear.Also would like to repeat again that the service was awesome tonight, but the last couple times I went, I’ve had to repeatedly ask for a drink I’ve ordered and still wait an hour to get it.All in all, I don’t see myself going here again unless it is unavoidable.

Have enjoyed this place several times with my kid and their friends. Tried to play pool again today and was told you have to be at least 14. Super disappointed. They’ve lost our regular business.

Highly over priced for what you get.In general I liked the atmosphere and decoration and it was clean.Bowling was not good and equipment was not working fine. Not enough balls, and pins were not working well.The price for each lane is $50, but you get second lane half price.You also have to pay for mandatory shoes plus tax.Cashier also gave herself a tip without confirming with me which I understood until after I saw the receipt.

Excellent experience, pleasant, and fun staff. We did our birthday party there. It was spectacular.I got a free beer from the management as a birthday gift.

We really needed a place like this in North Vancouver. Was really excited to go check it out but was a bit disappointed by the experience. Place is brand new and super clean but staff and management are not very attentive. We booked 2 lanes and in one lane we had technical difficulty with pins 3 times in one hour and she had to somehow fix it from her end. They were getting scrambled together and not going up. Not sure they didn't know how to run it or maybe they didn't buy high quality stuff. It could be an amazing location but they really need to have better customer service. They could've made much more money from us by just asking which they didn't.

we celebrated my brothers 16th birthday here and he had a blast! he and his friends loved it! everyone had such a good time and the lady working that night (i’m so sorry i forgot her name!) was such great help, the bowling alleys worked perfectly fine for us, no issues at all, would definitely recommend going !

Disappointed,I like this place, I just wish the staff were more friendly. I’ve been here already twice and both times have been disappointing. First time I came by they mentioned us they would be closing at 12pm which is totally fine. I came at 11:15pm decided to play some Pool. Ones the 30 minutes was done, decided to take a set and finish our drinks. Server came by, took our glass away, clean our table while we were sitting there. Then the server then said to us again we our closing 12pm, which I was already informed that. The server kept looking at us, making us feel very uncomfortable and rushed, we decided to leave by 11:50pm even though we had time to stay longer. Second time I came by I was playing bowling with my friends and ordered a pizza, ate half my slice then, came my turn to throw the ball. Then went I came back to finish my slice a pizza the server has already taken way my plate without even asking if I was finished with it. Stop rushing us!! We want to enjoy being here.

I’ve been twice and it’s been sort of hit or miss. The first time was a great experience but on our second visit there was a lengthy delay to access a lane, the beers on tap were all kinda meh and a malfunctioning bumper received little attention from the staff. We attempted to order some nachos and after a bit of a wait we were told that the cook just dipped out early. They did offer us a free drink in compensation which was appreciated. The fact that they have 10-pin is definitely a plus.
