Called the store and explained I live 40 minutes away and before I drove to their store I wanted to confirm they had the boot I was looking for in the right size and color. They stock the brand but the size and color is hard to find. I had the product code etc. The lady refused to look and told me to look up the boot online and then go to find store "and then I would know if they had it. So I went online and bought them with free shipping while saving $34. And stores wonder why they are losing business to online shopping."

Great store, they are always so helpful there.

I placed an online order and selected the pick up instore, but somehow my confirmation email said it had to be shipped. I called the store, and a man was able to get everything sorted extremely quickly and was able to pick up right away before I started work, just as I hoped! :)

Ella helped me today and was wonderful! I will definitely be back to purchase shoes in the future here, my experience was great.

I was very impressed with the Sales Associate who helped me. He showed me the shoes that were available of the category I was looking for, and further helped me find more specifically what I wanted. When they didn’t have what was looking for, he was very willing to look up a couple things on their website for me and he encouraged me to look at their website online for more options. I was able to find exactly what I wanted on their website, it came quickly to my house, and it was significantly less expensive than their competitor.

Disappointing that a store so largely known doesn’t have a better return policy. To only give exchange is so in the past… so many stores go above and beyond for their customers and this is NOT the case here

New store looks much better,, more room and dont feel claustrophobic anymore.much better selection,, thanku to the young man ‘eric ’ who helped me find good pair of winter boots so i dont slip and fall

Ordered online and picked up twice in one week. Same gentleman at the til was super friendly. I like the points and the products.

I was in the other day and I am absolutely appalled how the manager treats her employees!! She was yelling at one employee, telling her she can’t do her job, to stop messing around and help customers (employee WAS helping a customer while this was happening) while the manger just stands behind the desk.She is vile to her employees, considering she does this in front of a store of customers!!! I can’t even imagine how she treats them behind closed doors when there are no customers. I am disgusted and ashamed of the manager. She treats them like dogs.Good shoes though. The employees are very nice and helpful. I can’t say the same about the manager though. Very disappointed.I will never walk into that store while the manger is working again.

A recent incident with a competitor of this store made me realize how much I appreciate the sales associates, their return policy and how they stand behind their product. I have purchased a lot from SoftMoc in store and online and anytime there has been an issue I have never had any problems with them or their return policy. Services is always so helpful but at the same time not pushy. Staff are always kind and respectful. Thank you!
