His experience shows.I had tried to replace my existing coach batteries this past Saturday August 28, and due to some installation errors on my part and lack of circuit breakers on my motorhome, I had damaged some electrical wiring and almost caused a fire.I texted Tony on Saturday night. Tony responded very early on Sunday morning, and he met me at 9am at my motorhome and spent 90 minutes assessing the damage throughout the system and preparing to make the necessary repairs. Tony discussed, and showed me the damage caused between the motorhome coach batteries and the engine as he uncovered it.He returned on Thursday Sept 3, as promised, made the necessary repairs which included replacing several cooked" electrical wires and installing circuit breakers on the engine battery

I initially contacted Tony to investigate the installation of an inverter for our trailer. He offered to come out for a service call to walk me through how I could install it myself. During the service call, realizing my own technical limitations (haha) I asked Tony to do the full install. The install ended up being a lot more complicated, and Tony was on site for a few more hours, but honoured his original quote for installation. He walked my wife and I through the entire process and how to use the inverter.Fast forward to the next day, when we were at the campsite, and our anode rod would not go into the hot water tank. I called Tony and he came by and got it in.He is EXTREMELY knowledgable and always ensures that you know the scope of work being done.Can't recommend him highly enough!

They helped over the phone to diagnose the problem quickly. Tony was very helpful, and I will definitely be coming back for our repar needs.

Our 7-way trailer cable frayed this weekend and we placed a call to Tony for help. Tony's response was immediate; he came to help us out on a Saturday and took the time to not only come out to our campsite and install the new cable, but also teach two greenhorns a thing or six. Tony was a complete professional with plenty of experience and was able to solve the problem with our A/C on a brand new trailer. Our dealership had to call him to find out how he did it as they were unable to fix it and we’re having more customers with the same issue. Thanks to Tony more people will have A/C during this hot summer. He also answers his phone or gets back to you quickly which is a rarity.

I made a call to Tony and he was very helpful. He purchased the parts and fixed my furnace, good as new. The best part for me was I didn't even have to take the day off work to get my motorhome to a shop, he came to me. Thank you Tony. Hello Tony,thanks for coming out to the Riverbend Campground the other day. Not only did you bring a water tank heater element, you removed the old one and installed the new one at no charge. You then flushed out the tank and made some minor adjustments to burner tube while you were there. Totally unexpected service from you and very much appreciated. Tony has worked on two of my RVs for us. The first time was a particularly difficult electrical circuit problem and under Tony's direction I was able to trace the entire circuit and pull all receptacles before he came out to do the service call and repair the problem. Saved Tony's time and saved me money.The second call was to repair my furnace. Tony walked me through the detailed trouble shooting process. With Tony's vast knowledge and expertise I was able to purchase the part and install it myself.Very rare to find a professional like Tony these days. He is quick to respond during the busiest period of the season. He is not only focused on fixing the problem but also educating his customers and following up to make sure all is working well. Tony arrived exactly on time, checked all electrical and diagnosed that the converter was bad. Replaced it and everything was back to normal. Second time I've had to call Tony, as he fixed a 5th wheel we had 7 or 8 years ago. I recommend Tony very knowledgeable rv tech. Gord Diplock may 25 2023.

Had Tony out to diagnose a fridge/propane issue, and he got me fixed right up immediately, during the busiest time of the year! Tony was very methodical and meticulous in his diagnosis, and involved me every step of the way to ensure I understood what was the issue, and preventable tips for the future.
