Met with Paul for a coaching session online this past summer, and walked away from it with some great plans and new excitement going forward in my life. He didn't tell me what to do, but only asked questions which both frustrated me but also turned out to be what I needed. Would recommend.

Paul helped me to clarify a limiting belief I've had most of my life, that has been holding me back from being successful in life, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Now that we've nailed down and named the limiting belief, it's making it easier to finally come up with a roadmap to overcome it.The next stage will require much harder work but I already feel better prepared to tackle it head on and I'm confident that I will find success.
