He has been fortunate to work with Olympians, Professional Athletes, Varsity Athletes, and everything in between, from many sports. Highlights include World Wrestling Championships (Oslo 2021) and other travel with Wrestling Canada (Greece, Germany, Italy, Turkey), Toronto 2015 PanAm Games and two seasons with the Guelph Storm (2008-2010).

Did an amazing job! I Was relaxed the whole time, made sure I was comfortable as possible and he used amazing techniques. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me tips on everything that could help with my problems. 100% recommend to anyone over anywhere else.

I am a frequent customer of Patrick and have now started seeing him weekly. I cannot express how much I recommend EVERYONE visit him. If you want a massage therapist that 1) Actually knows what they are doing and how the body works, 2) Provides a great service and will actually help you and what ever is bothering you, and 3) is an amazing person to spend an hour with. Aside from being the best RMT I have ever visited he is also an amazing person and such a great, caring dude. I cannot recommend him enough. By far best RMT in the area.

Patrick is amazing! I have been going to Patrick for 4-5 months now and all I can say is that he is definitely the best massage therapist I have gone to, and I have gone to many! He really does know what he is doing, and makes sure he gets you right! I highly recommend anyone looking to get massage therapy to check out Patrick as he is no doubt one of the best in town!

By far the best massage therapist I have encountered. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything he is doing to help your issues as well as give advise on what you can do to correct them. (Stretching, exercises, posture improvement, etc.) Highly recommend.

I came to Patrick with a chronic sports related injury after seeing many other massage therapists. He was very professional and completed such a comprehensive assessment before deciding on the best course of treatment. Other therapists always gave me more of a general massage that didn’t really improve my underlying issue. Patrick’s thorough approach included a combination of general and targeted massage as well as ART, which truly helped me relieve my issues.
