Sentinel Storage - Kamloops Central

Cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff were helpful, kind and patient. They were able to set me up with a unit within the hour of my request. Bonnie could tell that I was in a hurry so she made the process as painless as possible. Karen went out of her way to make the experience a positive one. All round good experience!

clean, affordable, and very pleasant staff with good access hours. I think more building lighting on north side would be nice and would prefer pavement vs dirt roads to help keep our stuff clean while we staged in / out of storage but Overall, very good service and contract terms. thank you!

4.5 star rating. Everything was simple and straightforward. Storage space is excellent. There's only one area of improvement and that is in communication response when notice for vacating by customer is given by email. A prompt phone message or email from Sentinel Storage acknowledging receipt of notice to the customer would be my only area for improvement.

Was impressed with the online and the staff at the office where very kind . They have a lock example and locks to buy and they are awesome locks . Very clean and smells great when you walk in . Thank you so much for your services. Would highly recommend

Karen was amazing and super helpful! She took me in on short notice and accommodated my flexible needs.She even contacted the previous sentinel storage I had used and was able to cancel that for me!Highly recommended

Excellent service and space availability. Moved my three bedroom house with two and a half living rooms from Yellowknife to Kamloops and haven’t had a worry since unloading.

The facility is clean and secure. I had issue with multiple rent increases and talked to customer service manager. She explained why they increase and also listened when I explained that the one line in the rental agreement contract that states; The user fees set out in the rental invoice may be increased from time to time by owner, and its sole and absolute discretion. This should be pointed out and explained to customers as a vague statement like that leads you to believe it will be rare to get a rental increase. Instead you get one at six months and then every 9 to 12 months after that. It’s a great place, friendly service, kind people but I don’t agree with continuous rental increases. I signed a contract at an agreed rental rate and expected to have that rate for quite some time but it’s been increased.

Staff - both in office and at the reservation centre - were unbelievably helpful. They were very prompt on returning my calls, found an available unit in a timely manner and had us ready to move in our storage items right away. Beyond impressed with the service I received.
