Sometimes things don't go according to plan.My tail lights were accidentally damaged during the installation of my wiring harness. After I discovering the leak, Corey took care of my problem by ordering new parts to replace what was accidentally damaged. It took less than a week to get it fixed.In my mind, the businesses that own their mistakes and make things are right are businesses that should get great reviews and return business. Well done, Corey and team!

I have a 2008 Toyota Tacoma with a Leer canopy. I called Cap-it in Millstream 4 weeks ago and got a quote for an inside light and rewiring (my dog had removed), new locks, and the installation of “pet” mesh window screens to keep my dog inside the canopy.My wife and I arrived at our appointment time and received courteous service from the lady at the counter. At this time I also asked them to check the seal on the canopy as I recently noticed a leak in the front right corner. We were told no problem and that we would be called in about an hour and a half when the job was done. We arrived about two hours later to find only the vinyl screens, locks, and inside light had been installed. No wiring or re-sealing.The lady at the counter was very apologetic and since we did not want to spend anymore time waiting, I agreed to buy the supplies I needed for the rewiring and tape for the leak and finish it myself. It was pouring rain when we left so I did not take a good look at the installation of the mesh window screens. Later that afternoon we checked mesh screens to discover a very poor installation job with inconsistent screw placement as well as several areas without screws leaving large gaps. Unfortunately, unbeknown to us, a piece of the one of the window frames was missing which made it impossible to install the screen correctly and compromising the integrity of the whole window install. No mention was made of their inability to properly secure the screen when we paid.We soon returned to Millstream Cap-it where once again the lady at the counter was very apologetic and said she would get Murray, the person in charge. As soon as Murray came out from the back we had a sense of impatience from him. When we showed him the poor workmanship of the mesh window installation he told us, with more attitude, that he could put some more screws in the windows or he would return our money if we were not happy. When we asked why they had not informed us of their inability to install this product correctly, he replied that he had enough business at the moment and was not going to debate the issue with us. At no time was there an apology, acknowledgement of the poor workmanship, or any recognition of over sight on their part. It felt like a “take it or leave it” resolution. Needless to say, we asked for the screens to be removed, received a full refund from the gracious counter lady, and we will never return to or recommend Millstream Cap-it again.

We took our brand new GMC Sierra right from the dealership to Cap-it to have a Leer canopy and step bars installed and can't say enough about the colour match on the canopy and the service and installation. Thanks guys for the great experience!!

All I can say is... they should communicate a little better. Happy with my overall purchase. I just wish they communicated clearly on wait times for parts & racks.Good guys there. I was upset i had to wait a extra month and a half. , when I was told 2-3 weeks..first world problems.

Just brought my truck to cap it to get some new locks for my bed cover. These guy took care of me so well. Went above and beyond and fixed some other issues with the cap. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family thanks guy!!

I took my car in for a hitch installation. They started the work on time and finished in half the time that they had allotted, and passed on on the labor savings to me. The front desk staff was polite and helpful and the work looks solid. The quoted price was competitive and with the price reduction came in significantly lower than other retailers / installers. Overall, very happy with their work and service.

It was awesome before purchase! After purchase was a bit sad. I went to pick up purchase ($750) and they left it outside for me. At least if they offered to help put it on the truck would have been helpful! I am a woman (petite in stature) product was awesome though!
