FIX AUTO GRIMSBY

My insurance sent me to fix auto in grimsby to get my repairs after an accident to my drivers side panels. Fix auto did above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things. They kept me in the loop with the repairs and overall did an awesome job with it. Great service and customer friendliness as well. Thank you guys!!!!

I recently was hit by another vehicle and was referred to this shop by my insurance company. This shop did not fix all my repairs and told the insurance company that some damage was previous damage when it wasn't. When I went into the shop to pick up my car I told them there was still a cracked grill and raised hood and the guy said that he thought those repairs where not part of the accident". Now my insurance company won't do anything to help me. Before calling the insurance company I went to 3 different repair shops and all 3 were going to replace the grill and fix the hood for $600 cheaper than what this shop ended up charging the insurance company. Also the paint job they did was horrible. After this experience I will not use this shop for any repairs and will be changing my insurance company. BEWARE OF USING THIS SHOP

I went to Fix Auto in Grimsby with my wife to get a estimate but before I asked for a estimate I asked them if they will give me a car the general manager by the name of Chris told me if they keep my car for more then two days he will provide me with a car FREE of charge.My wife replied on your website it says you need to provide us one anyway because on the website it says the following and she showed him the print of what she printed out ... he said what ever it says on the website we need to follow.this is what was printed out on the time:VALET SERVICETo help you better manage your time, replacement cars are offered while your repairs are being done. Fix Auto will offer a valet service to include pick-up and delivery of your vehicle.Job was done properly and I was under the impression that the rental was going to be taken care of by Fix Auto because that is what it says on the website listed above.Three weeks later my credit card was charged , I right away went and told a entire print of the services page and emailed Chris and sent him by fax the services page of the website.Right away he called Fix Auto and had them put a clause on it little do they know I took a print without it being there (they added this to the end of the services page).* This service is offered at select locations. Please inquire. (You can tell it was put there because the font doesn't even match).After speaking with Fix Auto Mrs. Trina Irwin she had told me she would cut me a cheque its been since July 25th I am waiting for a cheque from them and nothing as of yet.I don't think Fix Auto Is honest with people at all!

We had a great experience here. The team is fantastic and Lucas provided great customer service. We received great communication making us comfortable throughout the process. The car was fixed in a timely manner and looks as good as new. We would go back and recommend to family and friends.

FixAuto Grimsby fixed my wife's SUV a couple of years ago and the paint on the front bumper started peeling this past winter. They found that there was a problem with the finish on the replacement part which caused the original primer to lift over time. They covered the replacement part and repaint under their warranty without issue - I'm not sure if the warranty coverage was tied to the insurance company we use so you might want to check ahead of time if you're thinking of using them for some repair work.In any event, I was very impressed. Most places will give you a hassle on warranty work but these folks are a pleasure to deal with.

It is my pleasure to share the experience I encountered taking my vehicle for repair services at Fix Auto. First of all, I was referred by a friend who had services with them in the pass. I dealt with Bryan Rockefeller, collision Centre Manager! His sense of urgency and professionalism inspired me to write a review. In todays society, the world has forgotten how to treat people with respect and courtesy. He was precise, efficient and his attention to details over exceeded my expectations. I was offered a free rental while my vehicle was in the shop for 1 day, he went above and beyond by getting me the same van model for easy transitioning. Last but not least, Fix Auto crew did a fantastic job, my van was return to me spotless in and out just like a new Car! Honestly don't even deserve 1 star! Worst experience ever, total insurance scammers. Zero customer communication extremely poor customer service. My truck looks worst now then it did prior to any them doing any so called painting repairs. No idea how to paint properly. They have no respect for your vehicle a new sunroof was installed and they could not even clean the glass on the inside, obviously they did not pay for glass installation to a outside glass company.Mirror housing was compounded to remove the scratch the compound was left in the stone chips, when asked what that was all about was told by Lucas just wash it and it should come out, ends up I guess when they had to wash it they could not get it out as now they painted the mirror housing, great, but, why would they not have told us and I would have paid to have the other side painted as well to match instead of one nice shiny mirror and the other stone chipped.Totally disgusted with whole company

Excellent service! Got my Mazda back today and it looks good as new, I was worried about paint matching with the pearl white but they nailed it! the car came clean as a whistle as well. Thanks guys for your help!!
