Haven't been here in a while and I met Daniel today, the son of the owner, he is so helpful. I left there with my shoes fitting better and good advice for breaking in a new pair of shoes.

The family that runs this place is the best. The man who is most often at the counter is exactly what you want from a cobbler - he is good at his job, no nonsense, and will tell you if the shoes you want repaired are just not worth it. Highly recommend this local business.

The worst customer service I've had in Canada so far. I'd rather throw my shoes in the garbage than give business to this place.The guy who runs the shop seems to have anger management problems.Aside from the disgusting customer service, the quality of work performed has been subpar.

Lovely customer service, excellent prices, and on the spot service for me. I didn't even know they did key cutting, it didn't turn up on google but I was on my way somewhere else when I saw the little keys cut here" sign and filed it away mentally. Now I have some key copies

They did a great job with my Frye boots and my Rag & Bone boots. Redid the soles and rebuilt part of a stacked heel. They use the 'TOPY' brand of soles, which have always served me well - very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.

it was an amazing service. The first time repair they missed gluing an edge, I took my shoes back and they fixed it perfectly with out charge. Honestly people working there.

No idea how the technician can work properly in such a dark dimly lit workshop?I picked up my Stacey Adam's shoes that were redone and promptly took them to a better place on West 10th Ave.to be redone again.I hate paying for stuff twice and there was no point in trying to communicate with the tech because he does not seem to speak English.Live and learn as they say.Derek
