Good food but not outstanding. The service was very good and courteous. The dining area felt like it was awaiting further decorating or work to be done. For the price I expect better.

Avoid the smash tots. They were overcooked and they gave me such a small portion compared to my friend who got smash fries. Burgers were overly greasy for an average taste.

That was a mighty fine burger!I had the the double Calgary burger and will be back again in the future.The fries portions are too small for the price though.

Tried to visit this smashburger location this evening and was told they were unable to take any orders for at least 30-45 minutes. When I asked why, their reason was that they were too busy. There was only one other group of people in the restaurant at the time, so it must have been online/take out orders they were referring to. I frequent this location and have seen it lined up to the door and have been served without complication so this just seems like lazy incompetent staff and management.Never have I ever been to a restaurant that was practically empty and been refused service. Needless to say, we went somewhere else and will continue to do so in the future.

Absolute trash.Ordered three burgers and three large sides for delivery - $90.Food was all cold. Burgers were overcooked, as were the cold fries. Buns were crunchy and stale on the edges. We had to order more food from elsewhere, as it went straight into the garbage.I will never spend another dime here.

I hate the “new” Smashburger. Prices are ridiculous for what you get, there is no more grilled cheese and the smash fries are incredibly gross and under seasoned like how they used to be. The milkshakes at this restaurant used to be the best I have ever had in my life, now they taste off and for $10 is just INSANE. The service is slow and I am just so disappointed in how this place has turned out. Smash burger was childhood to me and I am so mad with how they have changed everything.

Great place for a fresh, flavourful burger. They seemed to have a different menu at this location. I usually order the Triple Double". But I didn't see it; probably should have asked about it. That's not the reason I dropped a star. The reason I gave 4

They used to be good. Now it's just super greasy. I had the saltiest burgers of my life tonight. I told them and they made them again but still terrible. I have no idea why I keep going back.Also, once I ordered extra mushrooms and I got what you see in the picture. $1.49 for the extra mushrooms! Looks like one chopped mushroom.

Literally the worst fast food/restaurant I have ever had. Me and my sister went for there for lunch since she had never tried it before. She also has some wheat allergies so she specifically said when she ordered that she had allergies to wheat, and that she would like a lettuce wrapped burger. Well we get our food and her plate of food looks terrible. They just slapped a couple small peices of lettuce on the plate, slapped the burger and some veggies on top of that and called it a day. She then tried it and the burger was terrible to her. She then had some of her fries, and nearly threw up right there cause her fries tasted moldy. I had some and normally i have a cast iron everything and nothing bothers me, but even I thought they were moldy. But then the burger starts to kick in and despite her saying that she had a wheat allergy, there was most definitely some wheat in there, causeing her to feel extremely sick. Seriously neither her nor me will ever go there again, and I will tell people to avoid the place.
