Update: I finally got married and my dress was perfect for my big day. I bought it so long ago that I actually felt uneasy about it but as soon as I put it on ... It was perfect. So happy I came here!!******************My review below when I first shopped here:YOU NEED TO GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ALL YOUR WEDDING DRESS DESIRES.I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this bridal store (specifically I love Megan that works here, but the store is absolutely fantastic). So, planning a wedding is an emotional process and picking out a wedding dress is no exception. This was my first spot and I had zero expectations. I had been to a few other places for another friend of mine getting married (David Bridal, Best for Bride...etc) and this place truly sits at #1.1) Everyone is so friendly and kind and my stylist Megan, was truly an angel (I'm sure the other stylists are angels to, but seriously, ask for Megan). Megan was so kind and sweet and everything you'd want when you're trying to find a wedding dress that compliments you in the best ways. I instantly told her it was my first time and she said that she would put me into every silhouette imaginable. She never tried to sell me over my budget and she was just very helpful. She made me feel comfortable and just gave me outstanding costumer service.2) They have a PLETHORA of dresses. Ranging from $300 (there could be even cheaper ones), to $4000+. They have all types of styles, and everything in between. Its all well organized and I just felt I had a ton to choose from.3) I ended up selecting this gorgeous dress (I'd say what it looks like but my fiance is very sneaky and I don't want him to read any details lol) and it was of course, above my budget (my fault, not Megan's). She could tell it was a bit out of the price range and said I could even buy the sample to save money and told me about other payment options available to me (it was nice of her to offer those options without asking). My mom was the superhero of the day as she paid for my dress but it was so nice of Megan to talk about money in a gentle way (since money can be touchy subject for people). When the transaction was over, I actually started to cry (not when I had the dress on because I think I was in shock that I found a dress that I absolutely love in every way ) and Megan offered a big hug. I can't emphasis enough how much I loved coming here.In the end, we purchased an absolutely beautiful dress that makes me feel like a million bucks and although it was out of my modest budget, it wasn't crazy expensive. They have beautiful dresses for reasonable costs and I am so grateful that my mom found such a wonderful place to have this great experience in (I've attached photos of our area, I went with my mom and my two younger sisters - I am 29 and my sisters are 15/16, so having them there was super fun).

Very friendly and accommodating! I found my wedding dress here after trying another store twice, and can't wait for it to show up. I am so uncomfortable trying on dresses and was super anxious about the whole process but they made it so easy and stress free. And a great selection of dresses :)

Shopping at Annettes was a good experience made better by Madeleine. She was amazing and went above and beyond to help my sister understand the process of ordering a dress and the alteration process.She was very educated and communicated all the important stuff to us. She showed us options and how we can customize the dresses.My mom was happy our sister was able to find her dress with Madeleine.Thanks!

They have a nice selection of dresses, the store is clean and there are suitable dressing rooms!The bad new's is: Their accessories are way over priced it's sickening and also their attitude is a bit off. When I was getting checked out with one lady, I asked if the items were going to be able to be returned(veil and accessory) if I changed my mind, she nodded her head yes. Then after the receipt was printed a different person named Alicia came over and was aggressively stamping Final sale on my receipt and demanding me to sign them. They obviously could care less about their customers ultimate happiness, they should at least offer exchange for veils and accessories.

My mother purchased an OTR dress here and the service was exceptional! There was no one with an appointment when we arrived and they were able to take us in as a walk-in which was wonderful! Julia was the one who helped us and I can not praise her enough she was so helpful and an absolute delight to talk to! She was so positive and made the experience so stress-free and she made my mother feel so confident while trying on dresses for the first time! Would absolutely recommend this place! The selection is wonderful their off-the-rack section is large and they have dresses for anyone's budget, and the staff was an absolute delight!

I could not say enough good things about this store. The staff goes above and beyond, and are extremely knowledgeable. There is a large assortment of high quality dress of all different styles.

I came in with my sister to look for a dress and this is what I picture a bridal store should be! The 2 women were very helpful one younger with red hair and one older . The service was spectacular. And they were very helpful, attentive and patient! . We had been to a few other stores prior and the service did not compare. I'd like to say thank you to both ladies !

Lovely store, amazing selection, and wonderful staff. Love that you can indicate favourite dresses online before you go! It allows them to prepare those dresses for you and gives them a good idea what you are looking for. They know their inventory and can the pull other dresses similar to your picks.

Last year, I purchased my $5000 wedding gown, 5 x $300 bridesmaid dresses, and a $300 mother of the bride gown from Annettes Bridal. Unfortunately, my wedding had to be called off just as my dresses were coming in. It was a devastating time in my life, as I was trying to put all my affairs in order. Each and every one of my wedding vendors were very understanding and able to make some sort of monetary accomodations with this extreme loss. Despite each of my dresses being unaltered and brand new with tags, Annettes did not even offer me a PARTIAL refund to resell the dresses brand new. Instead, I was forced to pick up the gowns which are now sitting in their dress-covers and with tags in my closet. There was no sympathy whatsoever for what I went through. I understand that the no refunds" policy; however
